Quote Request
Custom vacation quotes require a non-refundable planning fee. This fee covers any changes, processing of cancellations, handling of flight changes/delays, and anything else that may arise before or during your vacation. As your agent, I will ensure you are up- to- date on current covid -19 CDC restrictions/guidelines for your destination . That includes Covid testing requirements, vaccination requirements, travel authorization forms, etc. Your signature acknowledges that you understand the terms of this fee. All prices provided in quotes are subject to change until a deposit is received. *
Your quote will include a minimum of two options based on the information gathered via the travel inquiry form and/or our consultation. We offer two revisions to this quote within 10 business days of delivery of the initial quote. Any revisions or quotes after this are subject to a new fee. Clients must respond to quotes and /or provide feedback within 10 business days of receipt of the initial quote, or face the risk of abandoning the quote request. Please make sure you check your email, junk mail and spam/promotions folder when waiting for a response.
Delivery of Quote Request
The client will receive quote within 48-72 hours upon the receipt of the travel inquiry form & the travel inquiry fee. The agent will reach out to you if any additional information is required.
The client has 10 business days upon receipt of the quote to submit the appropriate deposit amount in order to secure the services of Dream Destinations LLC. Revisions are also included within the same time frame.

Cancellation policy and Change Policy
- The travel inquiry fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable. No exceptions.
- Travel inquiry fees are not reimbursable through travel protection.
- You have agreed to all of Dream Destinations Terms and Conditions at the time of booking your reservation.
- If you have to change your reservation, you will be given two complimentary changes on your booking. For any additional changes there is a change fee of $20 per person that has to be paid to Dream Destinations LLC.
- You have also agreed to the terms and conditions of the supplier.
- Please Note: Any Trip that is less than 60 days away will require payment in FULL.
Please be advised that pricing is subject to change at ANYTIME until your deposit is paid. If we send a package to you that is attractive, we highly suggest that you pay the deposit to lock in the rate. Travel is back and rates are fluctuating. Our airline and hotel partners update their inventory hourly and we cannot guarantee a price, flight, or room without your deposit. Our current turn around time is **48-72 hours** unless you pay the $20 rush fee. When you receive a confirmation after submitting this form, that means we have received your inquiry. All communication for your trip prior to travel will be via email or traveljoy ! Please check spam and promotions when waiting on a response.
