We are 5 Star VIP Travel and are excited to help you with your travel. The following terms & conditions (the "Agreement") describe what you can expect from us. The terms "WE", "US", and "OUR" refer to 5 Star VIP Travel and the term "I" and "YOU" refers to the individual who signs this agreement.
I authorize 5 Star VIP Travel to charge the credit card or bank account indicated on this invoice for the noted amount on today's date. This payment is for the services described on the invoice. I understand that returns, refunds, and cancellations are at the discretion of 5 Star VIP Travel. I certify that I am an authorized user of this credit card and that I will not dispute the payment with my credit card company, so long as the transaction corresponds to the terms indicated on this invoice.
PAYMENT PLAN REQUIREMENTS: Payment plan is required after initial deposit. All payments, including deposits are non-refundable. Missing or being late on a payment, may result in your reservation being suspended and/or cancelled. If this happens, you may forfeit all discounts, promotions or incentives associated with the original reservation. Reservations that are suspended or cancelled will need to have all missed payments made to be re-booked.
LATE FEES: Payment reminders will be sent to all guests booked. Missed payments may result in forfeiture discounts, promotions or incentives associated with the original reservation and run the risk of reservation being cancelled. Reservations cancelled due to non-payment are not eligible for a refund and are non-transferable. Final payments not received by the due date will be assessed a one-time $55 late fee. If you go 2 months without making a payment, you will first receive an intent to cancel email, and if no arrangements are made, your reservation will be canceled.
PASSPORTS: Passports are required for all international trips, when flying to the destination. Cruises, however; does not require passports, but are highly recommended. *If not using a passport, an original or legible copy of your birth certificate and original non-expired government issued photo ID is required to board the ship. NAME CHANGES: A $50 name change is charged, with any changes to the booking. This may include travel date changes, name changes, room category changes, and more.
Please note, complete name changes of everyone on the reservation are not allowed. At least one original traveler who booked in the room must remain on the reservation at all times, otherwise this is considered a cancellation, not a name change.
GUEST CANCELLATION POLICY: If you cancel your trip, 5 Star VIP Travel does not offer refunds for any reason.
If there is a catastrophic incident (ex. pandemic, loss of venue, travel ban) which prevents the event from occurring on the scheduled dates, the event will be rescheduled to alternate dates. The “no refund” policy still applies.
For all other incidences (ex. weather, health, travel delays, loss of income, personal or family emergencies, etc) we strongly urge every customer to purchase travel insurance. This must be purchased separately through a 3rd party, usually within 21 days of your original booking date.

WHY IS MY PAYMENT NON-REFUNDABLE?
5 Star VIP Travel provide a unique service at the time you make the reservation:
5 Star VIP TRAVEL commit in full to all parties involved that the time of your reservation, on your behalf, securing your package.
5 Star VIP TRAVEL take out & hold your package on lay-a-way & accept good faith payments from you, on a payment plan.
5 Star VIP TRAVEL provide you an online account to help you keep up with your travelers, package details, and give you the convenience of having everyone in your party use their own credit/debits cards.
5 Star VIP TRAVEL service your packages from start to finish and are always on site at all events to assist you. Our vendor(s) — hotels, excursion companies, etc. — require upfront commitments that we must adhere to. When we offer a package to you, we must ensure, through good-faith payments, that you will attend the events. This is the only way our vendors will take us seriously. That said, all sales are final once you decide to go on the trip.
DO YOU OFFER TRAVEL INSURANCE?
Yes, for some international trips. If that is an option it will be listed on the package page and must be purchased at the time of booking.
TRAVEL INSURANCE: We all think that nothing will happen to us – it is always the other person with the bad luck. But… life does not work that way! You have made a big investment in your vacation – protect your investment with just a small fee and protect yourself from many occurrences such as flight delays or cancellations. Travel Insurance can protect you if you need to cancel after final payment, your baggage gets lost, you get hurt on your trip and more. The cost for travel insurance is usually around 5-10% of the vacation. Factors such as state of residency, age of traveler and trip destination are all included in determining the cost.
