All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellation penalties may apply based on the date of cancellation and supplier policies. No refunds will be issued for unused portions of the trip, including missed flights, late arrivals, early departures, or unused resort amenities.

🛡️ Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers. Insurance can help protect your investment in the event of trip cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, lost baggage, or other unexpected travel disruptions.

🏨 Room Occupancy 

Room rates are based on the selected occupancy. Guests choosing double occupancy are responsible for ensuring their roommate completes their reservation and remains current on payments.

Guests without a confirmed roommate may be reassigned or required to pay the difference for a single occupancy room if a roommate is not secured.

If you have a roommate & paying deposit separately please send me an email with your roommates name. If not, you will be booked at single occupancy.

🏨 Hotel Security Deposit & Incidentals 

The Charm Resort Phuket normally requires a refundable security deposit of approximately 3,000 THB cash per room at check in. (This is equivalent to $90USD but must be paid in THB cash).

💳 Payment Plan & Deadlines 

• $50.00pp non-refundable deposit secures your spot
• Final Balance due: September 5, 2027
• Final payment must be received by the stated deadline. Reservations not paid in full by the final payment date may be subject to cancellation and applicable penalties.
