I authorize Confetti Travel Service to charge the credit card or bank account indicated on this invoice for the noted amount on today's date. This payment is for the services described on the invoice. I understand that returns, refunds, and cancellations are at the discretion of Confetti Travel Service. I certify that I am an authorized user of this credit card and that I will not dispute the payment with my credit card company, so long as the transaction corresponds to the terms indicated on this invoice.

By providing my credit card information for payment, I agree to the following terms: The agency will provide your credit card information to the supplier to charge the specified amount in the invoice for the agreed upon services. The credit card details will be securely stored for payment processing. Cancellations follow the suppliers standard refund policies. The client is responsible for reviewing the invoice details before authorizing payment. Confetti Travel Service is not liable for incorrect charges due to inaccurate information provided by the client. I consent to my credit card information being transferred to the suppliers secure payment gateway. Confetti Travel Service will ensure its security but isn't liable for unauthorized access. The supplier will reserve the right to refuse or cancel payments at their discretion. 

By providing your credit card information and signing this authorization, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding your booking with Confetti Travel Services:

1. Travel Insurance: Travel insurance is optional. Confetti Travel Services strongly recommends purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.

2. Cancellation Policy: If travel insurance is not purchased, you acknowledge and agree that a non-refundable cancellation fee of $500 will be charged to the credit card on file. This fee covers the time, planning, and expertise provided by Confetti Travel Services in arranging your trip.

3. No Exceptions: The $500 cancellation fee is firm. No exceptions will be made under any circumstances.

4. Authorization to Charge: By signing this form, you authorize Confetti Travel Services to charge the credit card on file for the $500 cancellation fee if the trip is canceled without travel insurance, in addition to any other applicable charges related to the trip booking.

5. Acknowledgment: By signing below, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
