You can indulge in shopping at the world's largest shopping center or explore the traditional markets and souks for an authentic Arabian shopping experience. Dubai is also known for its incredible food scene, offering a diverse range of culinary delights to satisfy every palate.

Our Dubai 2025 Girls Trip Getaway is a 7-night trip that will allow you to experience all the best that Dubai has to offer while bonding with your friends. Our itinerary is packed with exciting activities, including a desert safari, a visit to the iconic Burj Khalifa, and a day trip to Abu Dhabi to see the famous Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque and we will be staying at a luxurious 5-star hotel that offers stunning views of the city and top-notch amenities.

Lead Passenger
 The primary traveler on a reservation is responsible for receiving and relaying all communications/documents to the rest of the passengers on the same reservation. 
 
Pricing, Payments, and Availability
  •  Pricing and/or availability are subject to change until the deposit has been received. Upon payment of your deposit, an invoice with your payment schedule will be sent to you. Please ensure that payments are made on or before the scheduled due date.  You can log-in to our client portal to view your account 24 hours a day. All payments must be sent via invoice sent and are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Future Travel Credit less your non-refundable deposit will be provided in accordance with the cancellation fee schedule. 
 
Cancellation Penalty
May 23, 2024 - $400 per person
December 1, 2024 - 50% of the Package Cost
February 1, 2025 - 75% of the Package Cost
March 24, 2025 - 100% of the Package Cost
 
Deposit
A $400 non-refundable and non-transferable deposit is required per person.
 
Cancellation  
All cancellation requests must be submitted to Texas Girl Travel in writing. In the event of cancellation, all payments submitted to Texas Girl Travel, LLC. and suppliers are non-refundable and non-transferrable. You are strongly encouraged to protect your travel investment by purchasing travel insurance. 
 
  • Name Change Fee
  • $200 before final payment date on your invoice; $250 + any vendor fees after final payment date on your invoice.

  • Late Payment
  • of $250 per person is required after the final payment date on your invoice. All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline on your account.
 
Double Occupancy 
Texas Girl Travel, LLC offers a roommate matching service complementary to its clients. This service is limited to the availability of participants and is not guaranteed. Upon accepting the roommate match, your invoice will be adjusted to the double occupancy rate and accommodations. All participants must sign the Roommate Matching Program Terms and Conditions before being sent potential matches. 
 
Travel Insurance
We highly recommend travel insurance. You never know what can happen and having an extra safeguard helps provide financial security and peace of mind. Texas Girl Travel partners with VacationInsure and Allianz Travel to provide coverage. You can receive a quote and purchase directly by clicking the company names above. If you do not to purchase travel insurance, a signed waiver is required.
 
Itinerary and Planned Activities
 A full itinerary with activities most days (full-day or half-day) is planned.  Time to unwind, relax, and for independent exploration is be built into the itinerary.  A full day-by-day itinerary will be provided to travelers approximately 7 days before departure.  Texas Girl Travel Reserves the right to make changes to the scheduled activities if a scheduled activity or supplier becomes unavailable for any reason.

Receive $50 for each referred room paid in full and travelled on the Girls Trip Getaway - Dubai 2025 group trip.
Referrals are paid out during travel.

Currency and Pricing Fluctuations
All prices are based on the rates of exchange in effect at the time of price quotation 1 USD to 3.6725 AED; if the US dollar devalues, Texas Girl Travel LLC reserves the right to increase prices accordingly. Your final invoice will reflect increases resulting from currency devaluation.
 
Passport & Visa Requirements
A valid passport is required for all passengers. If you need to apply for a passport, please visit the US Department of State website. For this tour, your passport should not expire before November 6, 2025. A clear copy of your passport should be submitted by March 15, 2025, to Texas Girl Travel.  Visa Requirements - Nationals of USA with a regular passport can obtain a visa on arrival for a maximum of 30 days.
 
Flight Schedule* 
When looking for your flight, make sure you arrive in Dubai before 6PM on Apr 26, 2025.  *PLEASE NOTE: Flight time/duration and time difference may require departing on Apr 25, 2025 or earlier. 
 
Check-In & Check-Out Requirements  
At check-in, a credit card will be required to cover incidental charges. Additionally, A tourism fee of AED 20 per bedroom per night is charged upon check-out and is not included in your price. Bedding type is requested at the time of booking but may be based on availability at the time of check-in.
