- Reservation must be made in your full name as it appears on your passport and government issued ID.

- Roommate Payments -roommates must complete separate registration from and submit their deposit within 24 hours of one another to secure a double occupancy reservation if they intend payment of separate deposits.
- If roommates’ payment is not received within 24 hours, room will be booked at the single rate. Traveler would be responsible for any charges assess if roommate is later added.
- You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.
- Rooms with more than one guest will be responsible for any price difference if any party in the stateroom cancels and is not replaced with a new roommate.
- Reservation changes are allowed with a $100 change fee with supplier approval, plus any supplier-imposed fees.
- All late payment requests must be approved by management before the final payment deadline. *Late payment fee will be added to invoice upon approval.
- Late payment fee of $200 per person is required if payment is not received by on final due date. Fee will be applied one day after final payment date. You will then have 5 calendar days to make full payment before reservation cancels.
- If your travel reservations have been cancelled, and you notify us within 5 calendar days of cancellation that you want to reinstate your reservation, a service reinstatement fee of $100.00 ($250.00 for international tours) will be added to your invoice and must be paid in advance in order to apply for reconfirmation of services. This is in addition to any supplier-imposed fees or rate changes.
- Resorts and hotels have the right to either forfeit or charge and additional fee at the current rate for reservations that do not state the correct occupancy upon arrival.
- All cancellations must be in writing to info@thomasexclusivetravel.com.
