Who Are We?
Embrace Explore Travel was established in 2018 by Denise Stewart. I wear many hats beyond being everyone's favorite travel agent! I am a mom, employed full-time at a traditional 9-5, and a coach/mentor. I specialize in escapes of all types such as Cruises (all cruise lines), Honeymoons, All-Inclusive resorts, International Trips, Domestic Travel, Disney vacations, Activities/Tours/Excursions, etc. I am excited to help you create lifelong memories! I aim to ensure my clients have an unforgettable experience whether you're celebrating a milestone, anniversary, birthday, or simply need a mental escape to the Caribbean. Quote Request
Custom vacation quotes require a Non-Refundable $25 RESEARCH FEE. WHY? This fee covers time to fulfill your inquire, any changes, processing of cancellations, handling of flight changes/delays, ensuring your have proper travel documents (passport, etc.) and anything else that may arise before or during your vacation. As your agent, I will ensure you are up-to-date on CURRENT COVID-19 CDC restrictions/guidelines for your destination. That includes Covid testing requirements, vaccination requirements, travel authorization forms, etc. Your signature will acknowledge that you understand the terms of this fee. All prices provided in quotes are subject to change until a deposit is received to secure your booking!
Your quote will include a minimum of two options based on the information gathered via the travel inquiry form and/or our consultation. We offer two revisions to this quote within 10 business days of delivery of the initial quote. Any revisions or quotes after this are subject to a new fee. Clients must respond to quotes and /or provide feedback within 10 business days of receipt of the initial quote or face the risk of abandoning the quote request. Please make sure you check your email, junk mail and spam/promotions folder when waiting for a response.
Delivery of Quote Request
The quote will likely be sent within 72 hours up to 7 days (one week) depending on the trip type upon the receipt of the booking inquiry form & the booking inquiry fee. I will reach out to you if any additional information is required.
The client has 10 business days upon receipt of the quote to submit the appropriate deposit amount in order to secure the services of Embrace Explore Travel. Revisions are also included within the same time frame.

Cancellation Policy
The booking inquiry fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable. No exceptions.

Please be advised that pricing is subject to change at ANYTIME until your deposit is paid. If we send a package to you that is attractive, we highly suggest that you pay the deposit to lock in the rate. Travel is *high demand* and rates are fluctuating. Our airline and hotel partners update their inventory hourly and we cannot guarantee a price, flight, or room without your deposit. Our current turn around time is **72 hours min.** unless you pay the $20 rush fee. When you receive a confirmation after submitting this form, that means we have received your inquiry. All communication for your trip prior to travel will be via email or travel joy (unless I have an immediate concern requiring phone call)!
