• Pre- and Post-Cruise Hotel & Flight Arrangements
While flights are booked directly through the airline, I’ll guide you on ideal flight times and help to ensure your hotel is conveniently located near the cruise port for a smooth start and finish to your journey.
• Ground Transportation Planning
From hotel to cruise port, I’ll guide you in selecting the most convenient and efficient transportation options to keep your journey hassle-free.
• Activity Reservations
Whether you are interested in tours, excursions, or unique local experiences, we can help schedule and/or reserve them for you.
• Expert Travel Guidance
Receive reliable advice on travel documents, safety tips, and cultural insights for your destination.
• Cruise-Ready Checklist
I’ll provide a customized checklist to help you stay organized and ready—covering what to pack, what to prepare, and what to expect before boarding.
• Complimentary Thank-You Gift
As a thank-you, first-time cruisers and those celebrating a special occasion may receive a personalized gift—based on your cruise’s length and value. Gifts may be sent before departure, delivered to your cabin, or shared during your cruise.
• Payment Management
We handle the processing and management of all payments towards your vacation, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.
• Ongoing Support
From planning to post-booking and throughout your journey, we are available via phone, text, or email anytime.
• Changes and Cancellations
We assist with itinerary adjustments, cancellations, and resolving flight delays or other issues that may arise. Please see our policy details below.
• Please provide the most accurate and complete information possible, including any special details or requests.
• You’ll receive at least two to three personalized travel options based on the details provided in your form and any consultations. Pricing is typically shared once your preferred dates are narrowed down to two options within your travel window if you provide a wide date range.
• Final payments are typically due 75 to 90 days before your travel date, depending on the cruise line and length of your cruise. If your departure is within 75 days, full payment will be required at the time of booking.
• You are allowed up to two free revisions to your travel quote.
• Additional revisions will incur a $15 fee per request.
This applies to changes such as travel dates, number of travelers, destination, or hotel and resort options.
Please consult with all members of your travel party before submitting your inquiry.
• After your deposit is paid and the trip is confirmed, any changes to your itinerary will incur a $15 change fee per person, in addition to any fees charged by the cruise line.
• If you need to cancel your trip, a $25 cancellation fee per person will be charged by Embrace Explore Travel.
This is separate from any cancellation fees imposed by the cruise line.
• Vendor cancellation policies vary depending on whether travel insurance was purchased, the timing of the cancellation, and the reason for canceling.
Important Reminder:
All planning service fees are final and non-refundable. If you choose to book with another agency, discontinue the planning process, or cancel your trip, this fee will not be refunded.
