Travel Insurance

  • Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for it is even worse. Trip insurance is recommended. Once you pay your deposit, I will send links to purchase travel insurance.
 

 

 

HOLD MY SPOT Deposit - Due no later than June  10, 2025

A $50.00 minimum is due per person ASAP or by the due date above.
This deposit only holds your spot and ensures a blocked cabin is allotted for you.
50% ($25) of this deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
The remainder of this deposit is non-refundable after June 15, 2025.

We suggest making biweekly or monthly payments by splitting your cruise balance equally, with the balance due at the final payment. You may make more than the minimum suggested monthly payment at any time. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their account is paid in full. We try to ensure the accuracy of the amounts above based on our held space only.

 

 

Deposit Requirements:

Deposit amount per person + $50 (if joining after 06/10/2025)

AFTER 06/10/2025 - $50 is nonrefundable in addition to any applicable rate restrictions

FULL DEPOSIT OF $250 per person - Due 10/03/2025

FINAL  PAYMENT per person - Due- 12/5/2025

Single occupancy requires double the deposit amount on or before the due date.

Single, triple, and quad rates cannot be guaranteed until deposited.

Don't forget to provide us with your VIFP number so we can explore all available rates.

For best cabin assignments, book early at a full deposit per person.
Booking a cabin with 1, 3, or 4 persons? Please get in touch with us for exact pricing per person cabin.
Any "CONTACT AGENT" cabins must pay the required deposit to book at the quoted rate.
Payments can be made at any time outside of the dates above.
A $25 late fee applies to payments not made on time by 06/10/25, 10/03/25, and 12/05/26.
If you join the group after the Hold My Spot deposit date, contact your agent for the amount needed to secure your cabin.

 Carnival's Cancellation Policy

$25.00 per person of Hold My Spot deposit is nonrefundable.
06/05/2025: $25.00 per person; the remainder of the Hold My Spot deposit is nonrefundable.
12/10/2025: $250 per person + $50 Hold My Spot deposit is nonrefundable.
01/14/2026: 50% of cruise fare per person + $50 Hold My Spot deposit is nonrefundable.
02/9/2026: 75% of cruise fare per person + $50 Hold My Spot deposit is nonrefundable.
02/24/2026: FULL FARE PENALTY - NO REFUNDS
