  • International airfare to Bangkok (BKK) (Ask about adding flights on a payment plan)

    • Flights must arrive April 10, 2026 into BKK

    • Depart April 18, 2026 from HKT

  • Personal expenditures, drinks, and meals not explicitly included in the program

  • Gratuities for transportation, tour guides, and cab drivers

  • Porterage at hotels, airports, or ports

  • Optional activities not included in the itinerary

  • City tax (approx. $4 per room, per night – payable at hotel check-in)

  • Visa (if required)

  • The deposit is non-refundable. If cancellation occurs prior to final payment, a future travel credit will be issued for all payments made excluding the deposit and must be used within one year of the cancellation date.   • Pricing is based on group rates and subject to change until booked

  • Roommates must maintain timely payments for shared occupancy

  • Travel insurance is required for all participants

  • Some optional experiences require international driver’s permit or individual booking

  • Minimum of 10 passengers required for trip host to accompany

  • Final itinerary and travel documents will be sent 30 days prior to departure

If cancellation occurs prior to final payment, a future travel credit will be issued for all payments made excluding the deposit and must be used within one year of the cancellation date. *The total cost is dependent on a group travel rate and are subject to change if the participation falls below a number consistent on a group. I further acknowledge that I have been advised to purchase travel insurance to protect my investment.
Tours: Please note that some tours are included and are subject to change due to weather and or unforeseen circumstances. We will do our best to supply another tour to take the place of the tour that was replaced. Tours do not have a monetary value for a cash or credit refund.
