Recommended vacation protection/travel insurance (optional):
As your travel consultants, we have given careful attention to all the arrangements for your land and/or cruise vacation to ensure they are in order. However, since you know that things can happen beyond our (and your) control, we believe it is critical to protect yourself and the plans you’ve made. We offer and strongly recommend that you purchase vacation protection. Complete coverage details and purchase options are available from your travel consultant. This is your decision, and you have the right to decline medical and cancellation protections offered by MAJC LLC/Cruise Differently LLC (DBA Red Hat Society Travel). If you decline to purchase this optional coverage, you agree to assume any and all financial loss associated with your travel arrangements, and you agree not to hold Princess Cruises, The Red Hat Society, Inc., and/or MAJC LLC/Cruise Differently LLC (DBA Red Hat Society Travel) responsible for any mishaps by waiving liability.
Payment policy and schedule:
An initial $250 per person non-refundable deposit is required to make your reservation. The final payment balance for all packages is due by May 15, 2025. A reminder email will be sent seven days before payment due dates. A second reminder email will be sent one day before payment processing. Payments will be automatically charged to your credit card on file on the due date. Automatic payments will begin on the due date but may take up to 48 hours to complete. Thank you for your patience during this process. All payments will be charged by and appear on your credit card statement as CRUISE DIFFERENTLY LLC. Receipts will be automatically sent by email once your payment is processed. On request, monthly payment plans may be established. Your balance will be evenly split between your initial booking and May 15, 2025. All payments are non-refundable once they are processed. If you purchased optional vacation protection/travel insurance, you may be eligible to file a claim to cover these non-refundable payments.
Cancellation policy:
By providing your credit card for payment and digitally signing the credit card authorization, you declare that you have read and fully understood the MAJC LLC/Cruise Differently LLC (DBA Red Hat Society Travel) booking conditions, including the payment policy and schedule provided here. Vacation protection/travel insurance is offered and strongly recommended! All payments are non-refundable once they are processed. After you book and pay your deposit, if you cancel before May 15, 2025, the cancellation fee will be the amount you paid up to that point. If you cancel after making the final payment on May 15, 2025, the cancellation fee will be 100%. If you purchased optional vacation protection/travel insurance, you may be eligible to file a claim to cover these non-refundable payments.

Balcony staterooms have floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open to your own private balcony -- and breathtaking views! Norwegian Cruise Line will assign your balcony stateroom between time of booking up to one day prior to embarkation and your stateroom may be on any deck.
