Cancellations of a person or persons in a package that involve a change in hotel configuration or category (i.e. from double occupancy to single occupancy, etc.) are subject to rates in effect at the time cancellation is made. 

Cancellation prior to scheduled departure:   

NOTE: Refund will be issued in the form of a travel voucher credit for a future vacation.  Minus the cost of travel protection.
