Terms & Conditions

Thank you for considering Winter Exhale Grenada 2027 organized by Dell Way Travel. Please carefully review the following Terms and Conditions before making your reservation. By submitting a reservation and payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

NON-REFUNDABLE PURCHASE

Winter Exhale Grenada 2027 is a non-refundable event.

All payments made toward your reservation, including deposits, installment payments, and final payments, are non-refundable and non-transferable.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to:

• Personal reasons

• Illness or medical emergencies

• Work-related conflicts

• Weather delays

• Missed flights

• Travel restrictions

• Acts of God

• Changes in personal circumstances

• Any other reason whatsoever

Travel Insurance is strongly recommended.

PASSPORT REQUIREMENTS

A valid passport is required for entry into Grenada.

Your passport must:

• Be valid for at least six (6) months beyond your travel dates

• Be in good condition and not significantly damaged

Guests are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required travel documentation.

For the latest entry requirements, travelers should consult the appropriate government authorities.

SAFETY RESPONSIBILITY

Each participant assumes full responsibility for their own safety and well-being throughout the duration of the trip.

Dell Way Travel does not guarantee the safety of participants and encourages all travelers to exercise reasonable judgment and caution while participating in activities, excursions, nightlife experiences, and independent exploration.

Guests are encouraged to review current travel advisories before departure.

INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS

Airlines, hotels, transportation providers, excursion companies, activity operators, restaurants, and other suppliers utilized during Winter Exhale Grenada 2027 are independent contractors.

Dell Way Travel acts solely as a booking intermediary.

Dell Way Travel shall not be held liable for:

• Delays

• Service interruptions

• Supplier cancellations

• Injury

• Loss of personal belongings

• Theft

• Acts of negligence by third-party providers

• Additional expenses incurred as a result of supplier issues

Participants utilize these services at their own risk.

PAYMENT POLICY

A deposit is required to secure your reservation.

Monthly payment plans may be available.

Reservations must be paid in full by the designated final payment date.

Failure to submit payments by the established due dates may result in cancellation of your reservation.

LATE PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS

Late payments may result in automatic cancellation without notice.

Cancelled reservations are subject to availability if reinstatement is requested.

A reinstatement fee may apply.

Failure to make payments by the final due date will result in cancellation without refund.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

Travel Insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers.

Coverage may help protect against:

• Trip interruption

• Medical emergencies

• Flight cancellations

• Lost baggage

• Unexpected travel expenses

Dell Way Travel is not licensed to sell travel insurance and recommends travelers consult an independent insurance provider.

NAME CHANGES

Name changes may be permitted until the supplier's specified deadline.

Administrative fees and supplier penalties may apply.

Name changes requested after final payment may not be permitted.

ROOM OCCUPANCY CHANGES

Rates are based on the number of occupants confirmed in a room.

Changes in occupancy may result in revised pricing.

Rates are not guaranteed until all occupants have submitted their required deposits.

Availability remains subject to change until reservations are confirmed.

NO REFUNDS POLICY

All payments made to Dell Way Travel for Winter Exhale Grenada 2027 are final.

No refunds will be granted under any circumstances.

ITINERARY CHANGES

LIABILITY RELEASE

By participating in Winter Exhale Grenada 2027, guests voluntarily release and hold harmless Dell Way Travel, its owners, employees, representatives, contractors, affiliates, and partners from any liability arising from:

• Theft

• Delays

• Additional expenses

• Legal claims

• Losses incurred during travel or participation in the event
