All bookings are manually reviewed before your credit card is processed and the booking is sent to the resort. Please allow 48 hours to process your booking and send the confirmation.
 
 

Important Notes:

  • The Wedding Day is:  Sunday, October 17, 2027 - Please arrive before this date. 
  • There is a 3-night minimum required for the group block.
  • Rooms in the room block are guaranteed for the booking window of October 15 to October 19, 2027. If you wish to book any other of the wedding week dates outside this window, please contact evelina@bohemiaweddingtravel.com to request those additional nights.
  • You must book within this room block to be included in the official wedding guest list for the resort.
  • Please enter your legal name(s) EXACTLY as it appears on your valid passport. Bohemia Wedding Travel is not liable if the information below is not entered correctly.
 

Payment Schedule:

Please note the following payment schedule in your own calendar:
  • $300 non-refundable deposit is due per room at booking
  • 2nd payment (1 night of your room total) is due: March 23, 2027
  • Remaining balance is due:  June 21, 2027
 
Note: You can make larger payments before the due dates.

Cancellation Policy:

  • If you cancel your reservation before March 23, 2027 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $300 per room booking fee, already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. You may reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date (maintaining the 3 night minimum).
  • Between March 23, 2027 and June 21, 2027 any reductions or cancelled room nights will be charged a 1 night penalty per person based on the contracted occupancy and category.
  • Between June 22, 2027 and July 21, 2027 any reductions or cancelled room nights will be charged a 2 night penalty per person based on the contracted occupancy and category.
  • If you cancel your reservation, no-show, or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after July 21, 2027, you are responsible for 100% of your original room total.
 

If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on the insurance provider's terms.

Garza Blanca will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.

Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Garza Blanca and has no governance of their refund policies and other mandates.

 

Child Policies:

  • Child prices are based on age at time of check-in.
  • Children must stay in room with at least one adult.
  • Up to 2 kids free on each reservation, ages 0 - 12. Exceeding children will be charged the adult occupancy rate.
  • When 1 adult and free children are sharing a room, the adult will be considered at the "Single Occupancy" rate.
  • If booking more than two children, your invoice will be manually updated after booking to reflect the correct rate.
