A valid US passport is required to travel to Mexico for all passengers.

 

Change & Cancellation Policy

All cancellations (whether person or reservation) are subject to $50 per person Wishful Escapes Cancellation Fee. This fee in addition to penalties accessed by our service provider. Travel insurance does not cover this fee.

 

If one guest cancels in a room, the remaining guests total will adjusted to the new occupancy rates.

 

Supplier Cancellation Penalties

If you can cancel before the final due date - $200 per person

If you cancel between January 1 and January 27 - $300 per person

If you cancel between January 28 and February 3 - $700 per person

After February 3, the package is nonrefundable.

 

Travel Insurance

If you wish to purchase travel insurance, please make your selection below.

 

Airline Loyalty 

If you are a member of the loyalty program of the airline used, please provide your member number on the form under "Airline Loyalty Number". You may be eligible for bonus miles and other promotions.

 

Resort Bedding Policy

King beds or Double beds are not guaranteed by the travel agent. We will request bedding on your behalf but it is subject to availability upon check-in. 

 

Covid-19 Travel Requirements

All travelers ages two and above returning to the United States are required to present proof of a negative PCR or viral COVID-19 test.
    • Vaccinated Citizens - Must have a test administered within three days of returning to the US.
    • Please take your vaccination documentation with you.
    • Non-vaccinated Citizens - Must have a test administered within 24 hours of returning to the US.

 

Hotel Xcaret Arte offers antigen testing on property at no cost to guest.

 

Mexico Travel Requirements

Travelers are not required to provide a negative PCR or COVID-19 test upon arrival. All passengers will also need to perform a temperature check.
