Are you ready to visit The City The Never Sleeps during The Most Wonderful Time Of the Year 🎄🎁? Well Lets Get Packing 😊. We will spend 6 days and 5 nights exploring sights, sounds, culture, murals, and more. New York is known and loved for many things – historic landmarks, vibrant nightlife, iconic Broadway shows, one of a kind shopping experiences, trendy restaurants, towering skyscrapers, beautiful architecture, and so much more.

Payments
The deposit for the trip is $400.00/person. All payments are nonrefundable unless travel insurance is purchased. The insurance cost is **$220 (approximately). This will be added to the deposit, if insurance is selected. 

It is always possible that an unexpected event can occurred which required clients to cancel trips or to seek medical attention while traveling. Most healthcare plans do not offer medical coverage outside of the United States.  Therefore, Lets Get Packing strongly advises all travelers to obtain insurance.

Payments may be submitted via a debit or credit card. Roommates must pay their deposits at the same time to make their booking. An estimated payment plan is listed below for your convenience. The actual amount will be determined by the actual cost of the trip when the booking is made. At any time you can make payments of a larger amount or pay off the balance; you don’t have to wait until the due dates. Or, after making the deposit you can pay the balance by the due date. Receipts will be provided for all payments.

**The accommodations will be a 4+Star Hotel (The Sheraton Times Square or similar)

  • Explore On Your Own: Bryant Park, Museums, Central Park, Christmas Lights Displays, Times Square, Hudson Yard, Chinatown,etc.
  • Day 3: **The Boroughs ~New York In A Day.
  • Explore On Your Own ~Options include Central Park, Christmas Lights Displays, Times Square, DUMBO, Brooklyn Bridge, etc.
  • Day 4: Free Day~ Explore On Your Own: Landmark visits Empire State Building, Statue Of Liberty and Ellis Island, 911 Memorial, Hop On Hop Off Bus, etc.

Cancellation policy: 

If you must cancel the trip the insurance company will refund payments that have been made *the $220.00 (cost of the insurance) is nonrefundable. The travel supplier will apply a $25.00/person Cancellation Fee, and the Lets Get Packing Cancellation Fee is $50.00/person. The insurance policy has provisions for medical care and emergencies during the trip, also. If you seek medical attention present your primary health insurance card to the facility. If coverage is denied you will pay for the cost and then file a claim with the travel insurance for reimbursement. The excursions are non refundable within 30 days of the trip. Refunds will be issued in the form of payment or a travel voucher issued by the supplier.

Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel is a modern midtown Manhattan hotel close to Central Park, Rockefeller Center and Carnegie Hall. Grand Central Terminal, Port Authority and several NYC subway lines are nearby.
