DAY 1 – Thursday, April 15: Arrival & Welcome Vibes

  • 📸 4:00 PM – Content Creation Hour: Professional Group Photo Session

DAY 3 – Saturday, April 17: Explore & Elevate

LITerary Retreat 2026 – Terms & Conditions

 

Hosted by World To See Travels 

 

1. Payments & Deposits

  • A nonrefundable deposit is required to secure your spot.
  • Final payment is due February 15, 2027
  • Payment plans are available. Missed payments may result in cancellation of your reservation.

 

2. Cancellations & Refund Policy

  • All payments are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
  • Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment in case of unforeseen circumstances.
  • In the event of trip cancellation by Afro Adventure Junkies due to natural disasters, government travel bans, or resort closure, guests will be contacted with rebooking options or partial credits (if available).

 

3. Rooming Details

  • All resort rooms feature King beds only.
  • Guests booking double occupancy will share a bed with their selected roommate.
  • If you do not select a roommate, one may be assigned if possible. If not, you may be moved to a single occupancy rate.

 

4. What’s Included

  • 3 nights at an all-inclusive beachfront resort
  • Roundtrip airport transfers (Curaçao only)
  • Curated retreat activities and sessions
  • Access to all restaurants, bars, and amenities
  • Swag bag including custom gifts, apparel, and reading essentials

 

5. What’s Not Included

  • Airfare to/from Curaçao
  • Travel insurance (highly recommended)
  • Personal expenses, gratuities, and any excursions not listed in the itinerary

 

6. Travel Documents

  • A valid passport is required. Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months after the trip ends (until October 5, 2027).
  • Guests are responsible for ensuring they meet all entry requirements for Curaçao.

 

7. Code of Conduct

This is a peaceful, community-centered retreat. No loud partying, disruptive behavior, or violations of resort policies will be tolerated. Afro Adventure Junkies reserves the right to remove any guest who disrupts the integrity of the retreat without refund.

 

8. Liability Disclaimer

Afro Adventure Junkies is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage to persons or property during the trip. By booking, you agree to hold harmless the host, facilitators, and partners involved in this retreat.
