Endless Adventures Terms & Conditions
By submitting a payment, deposit, registration form, authorization, or booking request to Endless Adventures, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all Endless Adventures trips, group travel packages, curated escapes, hosted experiences, custom travel arrangements, and travel-related services unless otherwise stated in writing.
Payment Authorization
I authorize Endless Adventures to charge the credit card, debit card, or bank account provided for the amount indicated on the invoice, payment schedule, booking page, or authorization form.
I understand that this payment is for the travel services, planning services, products, or package components described on the invoice, booking page, proposal, itinerary, or trip agreement.
I certify that I am an authorized user of the payment method provided. I agree not to dispute or reverse any valid charge that corresponds with the trip, service, payment schedule, or invoice I authorized.
Pricing & Availability
All prices are subject to change until the required deposit or full payment has been received and the reservation has been confirmed.
Travel pricing is based on availability at the time of booking. Airfare, hotel rates, resort fees, taxes, transfers, excursions, and supplier costs may change without notice until payment is applied and confirmation is received.
Quotes and proposals are not a guarantee of price or availability.
Deposits & Payments
All deposits are due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
Deposits are used to secure space, request reservations, and confirm package components with travel suppliers. Deposits are generally non-refundable and non-transferable unless a specific trip states otherwise in writing.
Final payment deadlines will be listed on the invoice, booking page, or trip agreement. Failure to submit payment by the deadline may result in cancellation, loss of pricing, loss of promotional offers, supplier penalties, or forfeiture of funds paid.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be submitted to Endless Adventures in writing.
Payments made toward a trip package, group trip, curated escape, hosted experience, or travel service are subject to the cancellation policies of Endless Adventures and all applicable travel suppliers.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, payments are non-refundable once submitted. In some cases, a future travel credit, partial credit, or name transfer may be available at the discretion of the supplier and/or Endless Adventures.
Travelers are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance to help protect their trip investment.
Name Transfers & Traveler Changes
Name changes, traveler substitutions, or package transfers are not guaranteed.
If a traveler wishes to transfer their reservation to another person, the request must be submitted to Endless Adventures in writing. Approval is subject to supplier rules, deadlines, availability, airline restrictions, and any applicable fees.
Some reservations, especially those involving airfare, may not allow name changes or substitutions.
Roommate & Occupancy Policy
Trip pricing is often based on the selected room occupancy, such as single, double, triple, or quad occupancy.
If you are booked with a roommate and your roommate cancels, you may become responsible for the additional cost required to keep the room, including any single occupancy supplement or repricing.
Endless Adventures may assist with roommate matching when possible, but roommate matching is not guaranteed. Each traveler remains responsible for their own balance and any changes caused by roommate cancellations or occupancy changes.
Airfare, Baggage & Seat Assignments
When airfare is included in a package, flight schedules, baggage allowances, seat assignments, and airline policies are controlled by the airline.
Airfare may be non-refundable and non-transferable once booked. Flight times and schedules are subject to change by the airline.
Unless specifically stated in writing, checked baggage, seat selection, priority boarding, upgrades, and airline incidentals are not included and may require additional payment directly to the airline.
Travel Documents & Identification
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have the proper identification and travel documents required for their trip.
For domestic travel, this may include a valid government-issued photo ID. For international travel, this may include a valid passport, visa, travel authorization, vaccination documentation, or other entry requirements.
Traveler names must match the identification or passport being used for travel. Endless Adventures is not responsible for denied boarding, entry denial, delays, or penalties caused by incorrect names, expired documents, missing documents, or failure to meet destination requirements.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers.
Travel insurance may help protect against unexpected events such as cancellations, delays, interruptions, medical emergencies, lost baggage, or other covered situations depending on the policy purchased.
Travel insurance is not included unless specifically listed as part of the package. If travel insurance is purchased, it may be due upfront and may be non-refundable.
Travelers are responsible for reviewing the insurance policy details, coverage limits, exclusions, and claim requirements before purchasing.
Supplier Terms & Third-Party Vendors
Endless Adventures works with airlines, hotels, resorts, cruise lines, tour operators, transportation companies, excursion providers, and other third-party travel suppliers.
Each supplier has its own terms, conditions, payment rules, cancellation policies, change fees, and operational policies. By booking, travelers agree to comply with all applicable supplier terms.
Endless Adventures is not responsible for supplier delays, cancellations, service changes, closures, staffing issues, schedule changes, maintenance issues, or other matters outside of our direct control.
Itinerary Changes
Itineraries, schedules, activities, transportation details, excursions, restaurants, venues, and included experiences are subject to change based on availability, weather, supplier operations, safety concerns, group size, or circumstances beyond our control.
Endless Adventures will make reasonable efforts to communicate major changes and provide suitable alternatives when available.
Minimum Participation
Some group trips, curated escapes, or hosted experiences may require a minimum number of travelers to operate as planned.
If the minimum number of bookings is not received, the trip may be canceled, rescheduled, repriced, or modified at the discretion of Endless Adventures.
If Endless Adventures cancels or reschedules a trip due to minimum participation requirements, travelers will receive details regarding available options, which may include a refund of payments made directly to Endless Adventures for that specific trip, a future credit, or transfer options depending on the circumstances and supplier terms.
Force Majeure & Vendor Disruptions
Endless Adventures is not responsible for delays, cancellations, changes, losses, or expenses caused by circumstances beyond our control. This may include, but is not limited to:
- Weather events
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Public health emergencies
- Airline disruptions
- Supplier closures
- Labor strikes
- Civil unrest
- Acts of terrorism
- War
- Transportation delays
- Illness or emergencies
- Any other event outside the reasonable control of Endless Adventures
If a trip is canceled, delayed, interrupted, or rescheduled due to circumstances beyond our control, available refunds, credits, or alternatives will be determined by supplier policies and any applicable travel insurance coverage.
Traveler Responsibility & Conduct
Travelers are responsible for reviewing all trip details, payment deadlines, travel requirements, and terms before booking.
Travelers are expected to conduct themselves respectfully toward other travelers, Endless Adventures representatives, suppliers, vendors, and destination staff.
Endless Adventures reserves the right to remove or decline service to any traveler whose behavior is disruptive, abusive, unsafe, threatening, illegal, or negatively impacts the group experience. Removal from a trip or activity for conduct-related reasons does not guarantee a refund.
Health, Mobility & Special Requests
Travelers are responsible for notifying Endless Adventures of any mobility limitations, medical concerns, allergies, dietary restrictions, accessibility needs, or special requests that may impact travel.
Endless Adventures will make reasonable efforts to communicate requests to suppliers; however, special requests are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing by the supplier.
Travelers are responsible for determining whether they are physically able to participate in selected activities, excursions, tours, and travel experiences.
Photos, Videos & Marketing
By participating in an Endless Adventures trip, event, or curated experience, travelers understand that photos and videos may be taken during the trip.
Unless a traveler notifies Endless Adventures in writing that they do not wish to be photographed or recorded, travelers grant permission for Endless Adventures to use group photos, videos, and trip content for marketing, social media, website, promotional, or recap purposes.
Electronic Signature & Agreement
By submitting a registration form, payment authorization, deposit, or payment, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
I understand that these Terms & Conditions apply to my booking and that additional trip-specific terms may apply based on the destination, supplier, package type, payment schedule, or group agreement.
