Entry Requirements: A Yellow fever vaccination is required to enter Ghana. The cost is about $200 in the USA, and it can be scheduled at your local health department, local CVS, or Walgreens pharmacy. We recommend taking care of this at least 60 days before the departure date.
A Visa is also required to enter Ghana. This process is very tedious and can take months. The cost is $60 - $150, depending on the visa service you select. We recommend completing it at least 90 days before the departure date.
Traveling abroad requires a passport valid for six months beyond your travel dates. Your passport should not expire before July 15, 2026.

Travel Insurance is highly recommended. If the traveler cancels by Aug 15, 2025, the traveler will be refunded 100% funds paid minus the deposit. If the traveler cancels after Aug 15, 2025, but by October 15, 2025, the traveler will be refunded 50% of the funds paid minus the deposit. No cancellations compensation will be allowed after October 15, 2025.
Any cancellations made after October 15, 2025, ALL FUNDS PAID ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE.
Refund processing can take up to 30 business days. To cancel your trip, a written cancellation notice will be required, and a copy of our cancellation form signed.
