Book Your Room For Alyssa and Lee's Wedding At Garza Blanca Preserve

All bookings are manually reviewed before your credit card is processed and the booking is sent to the resort. Please allow 48 hours to process your booking and send the confirmation.
 

Important Notes:

  • The Wedding Day is:  Saturday, February 19, 2028 - Please arrive before this date. 
  • There is a 3-night minimum required for the group block.
    • You can choose a longer length of stay, but note that bookings longer than 3 nights are not guaranteed, until your booking confirmation is sent. We will notify you if your chosen category doesn't have the longer length of stay available. Please wait to book your flight until we have sent your hotel confirmation. 
  • You must book within this room block to be included in the official wedding guest list for the resort.
  • Please enter your legal name(s) EXACTLY as it appears on your valid passport. Bohemia Wedding Travel is not liable if the information below is not entered correctly.
 

Payment Schedule:

Please note the following payment schedule in your own calendar:
  • $300 non-refundable deposit is due per room at booking
  • 2nd payment (2 nights of your room total) is due: July 28, 2027
  • Remaining balance is due:  November 25, 2027
 
Note: You can make larger payments before the due dates.

Cancellation Policy:

  • If you cancel your reservation before July 28, 2027 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $300 per room booking fee, already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. You may reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date (maintaining the 3 night minimum).
  • Between July 28, 2027 and October 28, 2027 any reductions or cancelled room nights will be charged a 1 night penalty per person based on the contracted occupancy and category.
  • Between October 29, 2027 and November 26, 2027 any reductions or cancelled room nights will be charged a 2 night penalty per person based on the contracted occupancy and category.
  • If you cancel your reservation, no-show, or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after November 26, 2027, you are responsible for 100% of your original room total.
 

If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on the insurance provider's terms.

Garza Blanca Preserve will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.

Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Garza Blanca Preserve and has no governance of their refund policies and other mandates.

Child Policies:

  • Child prices are based on age at time of check-in.
  • Children must stay in room with at least one adult.
  • Children ages 0 - 3 stay free.
  • Children ages 4 - 12 are $96 per child, per night. This group has a Kids Free Promo: up to 2 children ages 4 - 12 stay free per room.
  • If booking more than two children ages 4 - 12, additional children beyond the first two will be charged the $96 per person, per night rate. Your invoice will be manually updated after booking to reflect the correct total.
  • When 1 adult and free children are sharing a room, the adult will be considered at the "Single Occupancy" rate.
