Booking Notes

· Unless a single supplement is selected during booking you will be paired with a roommate of the same gender. If you have a roommate request please email Groups@Adventuresbymatt.com within 36 hours of booking and we will ensure your request is noted.

· You must arrive by 3 pm on Day 1 and the trip will end around 11 am on day 4.

· All dietary restrictions will be honored, please let us know at the time of booking if you have a dietary restriction.

· You are responsible for acquiring necessary entry visa’s.

Cancelation Policy

Below you will find the cancelation policy for this trip. All cancelations must be confirmed with our cancelation form before a reservation is considered canceled.

· Up to 120 Days before departure, all funds minus the deposit will be refunded. All refunds will be in the form of a travel credit with Adventures By Matt LLC that must be used within 24 months of the original trip.

· From 119 days to 90 days before departure 50% of the overall trip cost will be refunded. All refunds will be in the form of a travel credit with Adventures By Matt LLC that must be used within 24 months of the original trip.

· From 89 days to 61 days before departure 25% of the overall trip cost will be refunded. All refunds will be in the form of a travel credit with Adventures By Matt LLC that must be used within 24 months of the original trip.

· From 60 days before departure there will be no refunds.
