Payments
All payments are due to Classic Vacations, the wholesaler affiliate of Tailored Travel Experiences via Credit Card payment. Guests will authorize credit card payment forms with Tailored Travel Experiences, LLC. Then Tailored Travel Experiences, LLC will process their payments with Classic Vacations on behalf of the guests, as indicated on their payment authorization forms.
Payment Due Dates and Cancellation Penalties
A minimum deposit of $200 per person is due by February 1, 2025 to "RSVP" and to secure a room with our discounted group rate. After this date, guests may request a room, but all requests will be subject to availability and current pricing.
The initial deposit of $200 per person is non-refundable.
50% of each guest's total room cost will be due on March 26, 2025. After this date, a room cancellation will result in a penalty of 50% of the total room cost. (i.e. 50% of the total cost of your room will NOT be returned if you cancel after March 26, 2025.)
100% of each guest's total room cost will be due on May 1, 2025. After this date, a room cancellation will result in a penalty of 100% of the total room cost. (i.e. 100% of the total cost of your room will NOT be returned if you cancel after May 1, 2025.)
If guests do not complete each payment by the due dates listed above, their reservation is subject to cancellation, following the cancellation policy dates and penalties outlined above.
If guests do not complete each payment by the due dates listed above, but wish to keep their reservation, a late fee of $25 will be assessed for each week (7 days) of delinquency, starting the day after the payment is due, ending on May 15, 2025, at which time their reservation will be cancelled, and no refunds will be provided.
Guests are encouraged to make payments 48 hours prior to due dates, as it can take some time for Tailored Travel Experiences to process payments or respond to emails.
How To Make Payments:
Guests will always authorize payments via their online invoices (no informal requests for payment processing will be accepted). They will choose an amount to authorize, then complete the invoice/form to do so. Until the payment has been processed and a receipt has been sent, payments have simply been 'authorized' - not yet charged to cards. Allison / TTE will officially process guests' payments within 4 business days or less of receiving the payment authorization. Guests will always receive an email confirmation / receipt saying that their card was processed for the payment that they authorized.
Should the card be declined, Allison will try a second time, then contact the card owner to ensure the correct details were supplied, see if there is an issue with the bank, etc.
Incidentals
Individual guest accounts are payable at check-out by cash or credit card. In order to be able to access the ancillary services of the Hotel, each guest will be required to present a valid credit card upon check-in, on which an amount of sufficient pre-authorization can be obtained to cover the anticipated use of Hotel’s ancillary services. All accounts must be settled prior to departure.
Riviera Maya & Cancun area Eco Tax (SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE)
The government of the Municipality of Benito Juarez Quintana Roo has added an Environmental Tax, which is the payment for the environmental sanitation right, applicable to all visitors per room per night.
Tax of 33.00 Mexican pesos – 75.99 Mexican pesos, (approx. $1.92 - $4.41 USD) per room, per night determined by each individual property. This tax will have to be paid directly at the Destination. The tax will take effect on February 1, 2024.
Departure Tax for Quintana ROO Cancun and Cozumel airports
We would like to inform you that as of April 1, 2021, the state of Quintana Roo will be requiring all foreign tourists to pay a tax of $244 Mexican pesos (around $11 USD).
The payment can be made prior to travel, upon arrival or during the stay, as the tax will be imposed upon departure. Visitors will have the option to accesshttp://visitax.gob.mx/, where they will complete a brief questionnaire and make the payment.
The VISITAX form will request the following information:

Name, age, and passport number of each individual

Departure date
Every tourist departing the state of Quintana Roo must show their proof of payment at the airport prior to boarding.
Disabilities, Allergies, & Dietary Requirements
If any guest requires any additional amenities, assistance, or an ADA compliant room to help with any disabilities, special meals to accommodate diets or allergies, or any other 'special' help, it is the responsibility of the guest to inform Tailored Travel Experiences of that information at the time of booking. If this is not done, TTE cannot guarantee the availability of those amenities, foods, or services.
Ground Transportation
Along with your room, you have the opportunity to book shared round trip ground transportation between the CUN airport and Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres resort.
Please note that your transfer is NOT included in the cost of your room, and must be added manually for EACH PERSON TRAVELING.
The rates provided only apply to guests who meet the minimum 4 night stay and book within our group block. Additionally, guests must submit their final flight information by June 5, 2025 or sooner in order to be eligible for this transfer. All information must be submitted via the form provided at that time and in its entirety. (no screenshots will be permitted). Any guests who have paid but not provided their complete flight information will not receive a refund, nor will they receive the transfer service. Several requests and reminders will be sent before this date.

General Information
Room rates are quoted in US dollars, per person, per night, All inclusive (based on double occupancy). Rates are for Accommodation and Ground Transportation only. (No flights, travel protection, or otherwise not-listed items)

Important Note About Room Assignment & Bedding:
Room assignments including building number, location, adjoining rooms, etc. will be subject to hotel availability. **Specific bedding types are not guaranteed unless specified elsewhere.** If additional suites or other specific room types are needed, a written request and written confirmation will be required to amend your booking.
Any request for early arrival and extended departures will be subject to availability.
Group contracted rates only apply to room nights confirmed pre-travel. All in-travel modifications are subject to Best Available Rate and paid directly to the hotel.
Only a certain number of the group's total reservations are permitted to be single occupancy. Beyond that number, those rooms will be considered based on double occupancy, and guests will have to pay as if two people are occupying the room.
Rooming list name changes will not be accepted after June 1, 2025.
Any changes to the rooming list after April 1, 2025 will incur a $50 change fee per incident, payable by the guest requesting the change.
Any changes to the rooming list after May 1, 2025 will incur a $75 change fee per incident, payable by the guest requesting the change.
Agreement to Terms and Conditions
By completing this form and signing and/or authorizing this payment, you, the wedding guest of Chella and Michael hereby authorize Tailored Travel Experiences, LLC to process your payment in the amount indicated by you.

You agree that Tailored Travel Experiences, LLC cannot be held responsible in any way for any risks or expenses associated with your travel or non-travel or wedding attendance or non-attendance. You agree to the terms, conditions, change policy, and cancellation policy outlined above, including any non-refundable payments or penalties incurred by late fees or changes. You agree not to "chargeback" or dispute any payments authorized here and processed for the room you have requested. You agree that whether or not you choose to travel, these policies still apply to you and your booking, and neither Tailored Travel Experiences, LLC or the wedding couple will be responsible for issuing any refunds or covering any costs outside of these terms and conditions, even if you do not travel.
You agree that you are legally allowed to travel internationally, and specifically are allowed to travel to Mexico. You are hereby acknowledging that you do not have a criminal background, owe taxes, child support, or have any other background issues that will prevent you from traveling. Neither Tailored Travel Experiences, nor the wedding couple will be held responsible for you not being able to enter another country. It is your responsibility to know if you can travel internationally or not.
You agree that you have been offered travel protection. If you choose to purchase travel protection and need to file a claim for an issue that arises before or during travel, you agree that it is your responsibility to file any necessary claims, follow up with the insurance company, and accept their policy's terms and decisions. If you choose not to purchase travel protection, you agree that you are subject to any fees, expenses, or inconveniences associated with this decision, and will not be reimbursed by anyone for any issues that may occur before or during travel. You agree that you are responsible for booking your own flights to and from Cancun, Mexico (CUN) airport and arriving on time for all wedding festivities. We suggest arriving at least 24-36+ hours prior to the wedding date and time to be safe. You agree that Tailored Travel Experiences is not responsible for any airline cancellations, itinerary changes, delays, baggage loss, etc.
These terms and conditions are based on a special event room block contract.
