Cancellation policy:

Please read our Terms and Conditions section to learn everything you need about cancellations, refunds, and etc. 

Refund policy: All sales are final. No refunds nor transfers under any circumstances. Please read and sign our terms & conditions. To protect your investment, we require you to purchase trip insurance. Again, no refunds will be given under any circumstances.

Travel Insurance policy: To protect your investment, we highly recommend you purchase travel insurance. We use Travel Guard because of their Cancel for Any Reason (CFAR) option, but feel free to use whatever travel insurance provider you're comfortable with. For more information, visit Travel Guard .

• March 1st: 2nd payment
• April 1st: Final payment

Any plan that’s in default will be canceled, or there may be a $75 fee to reinstate it.

You will receive 3 emails and 3 attempts to make payments before the plan defaults.

COVID-19 Testing policy:

Mexico: While Mexico does not require travelers to do any pre-testing before arrival, we encourage you to wear your mask during indoor activities or within close proximity of others.

We are very proud to say that AMResorts is taking the current climate very seriously, and they have set several measures in place to ensure your health & safety. In addition to everything they highlight below, the resort also has an on-site and on-call medical staff. To learn more about how our resort will be handling required COVID-19 testing in order to return to the United States, please visit here.

We will also adhere to all of Mexico's governmental health regulations, as well as all of AMResort's health regulations and procedures for your absolute safety.

United States: The U.S. requires proof of a negative COVID-19 antigen test before returning. AMResorts will be offering all U.S. travelers a COVID-19 antigen test free of charge, and it will be administered by Hospiten. Visit here to learn how the resort will facilitate your COVID-19 testing for returning to the U.S. Once you arrive at the resort, your concierge will help you with scheduling your on-site COVID-19 antigent test. If you are required to quarantine, our resort will cover 14 days for you and your plus one to stay in a room.
