Please read carefully. By booking, you accept the following terms.
1) Non-refundable deposit
The $100 per-person deposit collected at booking is non-refundable and not covered by Limabre.
On-Site Coordination & Reunion Support fee is assessed per person and supports on-island host services, event staffing, and group logistics. This fee is non-commissionable and non-refundable once paid.
2) Supplier-controlled penalties
This trip is fulfilled through contracted group space. Supplier (ALG/RIU) rules control all penalties and refund eligibility.
Until Limabre remits group funds to the supplier and/or before the supplier’s first penalty window, additional payments may be refundable to the extent funds have not been remitted and are recoverable.
Once inside supplier penalty windows, refunds may be partially or fully non-refundable per supplier terms—even if Limabre hasn’t yet made final remittance.
After the supplier’s final payment/penalty date, all payments are typically non-refundable.
Limabre will publish the supplier milestone dates on your invoice and will invoice travelers according to each supplier due date to protect the group contract.
3) Changes, name corrections, and transfers
Name changes and date/room adjustments are subject to supplier approval and may incur fees (supplier and/or agency). Some changes may require full cancellation and rebook at the then-current rate and availability.
4) No-shows / early departures
Considered fully non-refundable per supplier/hotel policy.
5) Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback does not negate these terms. If a chargeback occurs contrary to policy, traveler remains liable for any unrecoverable costs, fees, and reasonable collection expenses.
6) Travel Protection
We strongly recommend purchasing Travel Protection Plus at booking.
Trip Protection reminder: Add a plan within 7 days of booking to preserve full benefits; without it, vendor cancellation penalties apply.
Cash Refund option: higher premium; refunds to original form of payment if covered/cancel-for-any-reason terms are met.
Full Travel Credit option: lower premium; refunds as a future travel credit per plan rules.
Coverage is not active until purchased. Review plan documents for full benefits, limitations, and exclusions.
7) Sustainability fee / taxes
Government- or destination-imposed fees (e.g., Aruba Sustainability Fee, $20 via the ED Card) are the traveler’s responsibility and are not refundable by Limabre.
8) Documentation
Valid passport is required. Failure to present required documents is treated as a cancellation/no-show and is non-refundable.
