What's included in this trip:

What's not included:

  1. Transportation- All guests must arrange their transportation to and from the Miami port. 
  2. Pre or Post Cruise hotel accommodations. A room block at a local Miami hotel will be secured for anyone interested. 
  3. Excursions- This can be added to your package or booked on board. Links will be provided. 
  4. Sodas and alcoholic beverages
  5. Travel insurance- It is highly recommended that you purchase vacation protection to protect your investment in the event you have to cancel.
 

ENTERTAINMENT

MSC Seaside offers endless fun for everyone, with a high-tech theater, bowling alleys and an interactive, multi-story water park featuring 5 water slides, an adventure trail and an AquaPlay™ area designed for tots. Payment Schedule:
 
Rates and cabin availability are based on Double occupancy. If you are traveling with children, please contact me via email to book your cabin. 
 
Initial Deposit Due March 24, 2026: $100 per person 
 
2nd Deposit Due April 24, 2026: $65 per person
 
The final and remaining balance is due by October 29, 2026. Monthly payments based on total package price. 
 
These are minimum installment payment options, however, you are more than welcome to pay more than the minimum. Your cabin will need to be paid in full before October 29, 2026. Your initial deposit will only secure your cruise rate but will not guarantee your cabin type. Cabin types will be on a first come, first serve basis. If there is a certain type of cabin you desire or if you have 3 or 4 in your cabin, you will need to pay your full deposit of $100 per person as soon as possible. If you are traveling with children, please contact me via email to secure your cabin.

LATE PAYMENTS MAY RESULT IN YOUR CABIN BEING DROPPED. 
 

Our website is used for credit card authorization. We process all payments directly with the supplier through their travel agent portal. 

 

ALL DEPOSITS AND SERVICE FEES ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE. 

Note:  Packages must be purchased through Fly With Tye to participate in the events for this group.  Driver's License or state-issued ID and Long Form Birth Certificates are required to board the ship. Passports are allowed but not required. If you are flying to the port, you will need to have your REAL ID.

 

Travel Insurance:

Missing a vacation is bad. Losing the money you paid is worse. We strongly encourage you to protect your investment with travel insurance. 

 

Occupancy Details:

  • Single Occupancy: One person per room

  • Double Occupancy: Two people per room

  • Triple Occupancy: Three people per room
  • Quad Occupancy: Four people per room

  • Each guest will have their own bed unless otherwise stated

 

Travel Notes:

  • Guests are responsible for ensuring they have the proper travel documents:

    • Passports must be valid at least 6 months beyond travel dates

    • Some countries require a blank visa page

    • These guidelines apply to U.S. citizens. Non-U.S. citizens should consult their respective consulate for requirements.

  • Book in your full legal name as it appears on your passport.

  • Cruise Guests  will need a long form birth certificate and a Government issued photo ID.  A passport is allowed but not required. 

Flight Planning Tips:

  • Start looking for flights about 9 months before departure. Use alert tools for best pricing.

  • We highly recommend flying into Miami (MIA) at least 1 day before the cruise begins.

  • A room block will be secured for this group. Details to come. 

Travel Documents:

Once your trip is paid in full, you will receive all travel documents and itineraries via email no later than 30 days before departure.

Please notify Fly With Tye  if your email address changes.

 Cancellation policy:
All payments made to Fly With Tye are non-refundable and non-transferrable. This is because Fly With Tye has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, and other suppliers that will not allow us to obtain refunds.  
 

Chargebacks:

Before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank, please contact Fly With Tye directly at 843-323-8737  or by email at info@flywithtye.com to discuss and resolve any concerns with your reservation. Taking this step allows us to assist you promptly and avoid unnecessary disruptions.

Please note: Filing a chargeback without prior communication may result in the cancellation of your booking and could affect your ability to travel with Fly With Tye in the future. Additionally, it may also affect your standing with the hotel/resort, airline, or cruise line associated with your reservation, potentially preventing future bookings with those partners.
