By submitting, you certify that you are the cardholder and are authorizing Design Our Travel® LLC or its chosen Tour Operator/Supplier/Cruise Line to charge the listed amount to the credit card. You certify that you have verified that all information contained in the confirmation you received is accurate. You also certify you have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions and the appropriate Travel Protection Plan details if applicable. Unless otherwise stated, deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellation and change penalties may apply. Insurance and professional planning fees are never refundable. 

Payments are not automatically processed when submitted and will be manually applied by one of our team members to your reservation within two business days. If there are any issues, we will let you know upon our knowledge. Please note that you may not see a charge from Design Our Travel® LLC on your credit card statement; instead the charge may come from our supplier and/or the airline directly.

Payment may take 3-5 business days to fully process and be reflected on your statement. I authorize Design Our Travel® LLC to use the above information to charge my credit card the stated amount. Completion of this form with e-signature signifies acceptance in lieu of my signature. By adding your signature, you indicate that the above amount is correct, you authorize Design Our Travel® LLC to charge your credit card for the specified amount, and you agree to the terms and conditions.

PASSPORTS: Everyone, including children and infants, MUST have a VALID passport to travel internationally (not Passport Card). Failure to comply will result in denial of boarding, no refund, no exceptions (out of the USA). Design Our Travel® LLC is NOT responsible for passports in ANY way. Passports are required to be valid for 6 months from your return date. PASSPORT CARDS ARE NOT VALID FOR TRAVEL INTERNATIONALLY VIA AIR! *Although a passport is recommended, valid ID's and official birth certificates are okay to travel on closed loop cruises only (that do not include an internationally flight).

FINAL PAYMENT: Final payments are not automatically charged and are due at final due date. Please note your calendar of this final payment date as reminders may not be sent, however, we do try to send reminders about 10 days before it’s due. Design Our Travel® LLC is not responsible for cancellations due to payments made after the date. Late fees will apply.

CHARGEBACK: Your signed charge authorization is a binding agreement for charging your card, and as such you waive any right to a chargeback in the case of trip delays, changes, or cancellations for any cause (except fraud), including a force majeure event, and you agree to refund policies and procedures as outlined in the terms and conditions of the suppliers operating components of your trip. In the event that you attempt without our authorization to chargeback, reverse, or recollect a trip payment already made, we reserve the right to collect all additional costs, fees, and expenses associated with such chargeback, reversal, or recollection including, without limitation, attorney fees.

TRAVELING WITH CHILDREN: Children under 18 years of age not traveling with both parents or legal guardian(s) may need to present a notarized letter from the absent parent/guardian granting permission to travel outside the United States and provide emergency medical care if necessary. It is the responsibility of the traveler & the traveler’s parents/guardians to provide proper documentation to airport authorities.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS: Travel documents will be sent to you electronically around thirty (30) days prior to departure date. Please read through these documents immediately; misprints, misspellings, incorrect dates, etc. are not the responsibility of Design Our Travel® LLC.  Included in your travel documents (if airfare is purchased through Design Our Travel® LLC) are airline electronic ticket receipts (proof of purchase, not boarding passes or actual tickets). Boarding passes are printed at the time of check-in; online with the airline directly, or at the airport when showing passport & checking in luggage. It is very important that you take your travel documents with you in addition to passports and a major credit card for any baggage fees that may apply.

BAGGAGE FEES: Due to continual changes in airline baggage policies it is suggested that you inquire with your airline's website for up-to-date fees & information. Design Our Travel® LLC is NOT responsible for additional fees incurred for baggage or seating. BAGGAGE FEES ARE NOT PART OF AN ALL-INCLUSIVE PACKAGE! Please review "Updated Checked Bag and Carryon Bag Rules" at www.TSA.gov 

AIRLINE SCHEDULE CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS: Occasionally airlines change flight schedules, & may even cancel flights entirely. These changes are beyond Design Our Travel® LLC control. In the event that such a situation occurs; Design Our Travel® LLC will do its very best to assist you with finding best possible alternate option(s). If the flight time change is minor (2 hours or less) the airline will automatically make the change (airline policies/rules entitle them to legally do so). Design Our Travel® LLC will notify you of major changes. Please Note: there may be additional costs to re-book a new flight should the airline cancel or make a major change to your original flight itinerary. Design Our Travel® LLC is NOT responsible for any additional costs or fees imposed by the airlines. It is the responsibility of the passenger to check for last-minute airline flight time changes within 24 hours of departure. Design Our Travel® LLC is not responsible for changes that may occur within 24 hours of original flight departure time.

RE-CONFIRM YOUR FLIGHTS: Design Our Travel® LLC advises you personally re-confirm your flight schedule within 24 hours prior to departure directly with the airline in case of any last-minute changes or delays. Most airlines allow you to check-in online 24 hours prior to departure using the “Record Locator”.

In the event of health pandemics or states of emergency, the suppliers operating your trip (for whom we act as sales agents) may change, delay, or cancel the services they offer for your trip at their sole discretion and with little or no advance notice. Also, government officials in the destinations you visit may change entry requirements, health protocols, and other rules for inbound visitors (including health screenings and tests and mandatory quarantines) at their discretion and with little or no advance notice. You agree that we as sales agents have no control over these decisions and we cannot be held liable for them. Further, you understand that it's your responsibility to comply with the government's rules in the destinations you're visiting that are in effect during your trip.
