You can cancel your vacation for any reason and receive a refund in the form of a future travel certificate. VPP must be added to your booking by final payment. Once purchased, your plan cost is non-refundable.
Cancellations:
You can cancel for any reason a minimum of 24 hours prior to original scheduled departure time as indicated in your travel documents or no later than 5pm the day prior to departure for hotel-only bookings. When you purchase the VPP, all applicable cancellation charges [does not include change fees] as per your Terms and Conditions contract will be refunded in the form of a future travel certificate, known as a VPP Voucher, less the $49 VPP plan cost.

VPP Voucher Information:
- Vouchers are issued in the original names of the passengers on the booking at the time of cancellation.

- VPP can be repurchased when rebooking your vacation with the original VPP voucher.
- Under no circumstances does the VPP allow for a full or partial cash refund, nor can it be extended.
