How to begin the process:
1. Select one of the "Customized Travel Quotes" packages below.
2. Select "1" for "number of travelers" (your only initial option). There is a different place on the form to put “how many travelers” are going on the trip.
3. Click "Continue to Traveler Info" and fill the form out in its entirety.
4. Click "Continue to Payment" and authorize payment for planning fee + a small convenience fee.
Planning Fees:
1-4 Travelers: $25
5+ Travelers: $50
4. Receive your quote requests from us within 3-5 business days. Once quotes are received, please respond within 5 business days to approve or request a revision/ask a question.
Planning fee is non-refundable. They're Valid for 2 weeks! If it's been beyond that or of you need a fresh perspective,the research fee will be applied AGAIN unless you have your heart set on a particular resort, villa, or cruise. Also, please note that trips that are within 45-60 days will require FULL payment to be due upfront. Trips 61+ days out will have a low deposit option, with remaining balance due at a later date 45-60 days before travel dates.

- Flight + Hotel/Resort Packages for 1 Destination
- Hotel/Resort Only Inquiries for 1 Destination
- Vacation Home/Villa/Cabin Inquiries for 1 Destination
- Cruise Inquiries for 1 Destination
We do not service "flight-only" requests.
Your planning fee includes:
- 3 Quotes for Flight + Hotel/Resort, Hotel/Resort Only, Vacation Home/Villa/Cabin Only, or Cruise Only
- Secured Online Payment Portal
- Our Time In Planning, Researching, Negotiating, and Booking Travel Arrangements
- Constant Communication Regarding Trip Details and COVID Updates
- Email Delivery of our Client Travel Packet 7-21 Days Prior To Departure
