Cancellation & Payment Terms
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated by the supplier. If a reservation is canceled after the deposit is paid, a minimum $250 per person cancellation penalty will apply. As the travel date approaches, cancellation penalties increase and may reach 50%, 75%, or up to 100% of the total cruise fare, depending on the supplier’s cancellation schedule.
All cancellation penalties are determined by the travel supplier at the time of cancellation. Escobar Escapes is not responsible for supplier penalties, schedule changes, or travel interruptions.
Because travel suppliers enforce strict cancellation policies, travel protection is strongly recommended to protect your travel investment.
