1. Authorization of Charges

All payments will be processed only through:

The hotel, resort, cruise line, tour operator, airline, or other approved travel supplier associated with my booking.

This payment applies only to the services and package components outlined on the corresponding invoice.

2. Refunds, Changes, and Cancellations

I understand that:

Refunds, changes, and cancellations are subject to the policies of Destinations R Us LLC and the travel supplier(s).
Certain components such as airline tickets, promotional packages, or nonrefundable accommodations may carry penalties or be completely nonrefundable.
Destinations R Us LLC acts solely as an agent for the travel supplier and does not provide any express or implied warranty regarding services, pricing, or availability.

I certify that I am an authorized user of the credit card provided and agree not to dispute charges that align with the terms of this authorization and invoice.

3. Travel Insurance Acknowledgment

I understand that:

Travel insurance is recommended to protect against unexpected events, cancellations, medical emergencies, or supplier-related issues.
If I purchase travel insurance through Destinations R Us LLC, I authorize the insurance premium to be charged to my card.
Travel insurance premiums are nonrefundable, per insurance carrier guidelines.
Without travel insurance, I may not be eligible for any refund if my trip is canceled, interrupted, or delayed.

I agree not to hold Destinations R Us LLC or its agents liable for any loss, penalties, or nonrefundable expenses imposed by the travel supplier.

4. Agreement to Terms & Conditions
