3 night Embassy Suites - Derby & Tour (2025)

May 1, 2025 - May 4, 2025

 

Thursday May 1, 2025:
  • After you collected your luggage, please call the Embassy Suites for your shuttle ride from Lexington Airport to the hotel. Shuttle runs from 8:00 am-8:00 pm.
  • 3:00 pm: Check in at the Embassy Suites Lexington Hotel. If your room is not ready, the hotel will hold your luggage while you visit the local area.
  • 5:30-7:30 pm: Complimentary appetizers and drinks provided by the hotel

Friday May 2, 2025:

  • 7:00-10:30 am: Breakfast served in the hotel restaurant
  • 8:00 am: Transportation to Horse Farm & Bourbon Distillery Tour (This will be the only departure time)
    • We will begin the morning with a tour at a famous horse farm tour in Lexington. Following the horse farm, we will visit Kentucky Horse Park. We will end the day with a visit at a famous Bourbon Distillery.
  • 5:00 pm: Estimated arrival back at the hotel
  • 5:30-7:30 pm: Complimentary appetizers and drinks provided by the hotel

Saturday May 3, 2025:

  • 7:00-10:30 am: Breakfast served in the hotel restaurant
  • 8:30 am: Transportation to Churchill Downs (This will be the only departure time)
  • 10:30 am: First post
  • 6:57 pm: Start time to the 2025 Kentucky Derby race
  • Return transportation: Transportation will depart one hour after the Kentucky Derby has finished. (This will be the only departure time).

Sunday May 4, 2025:

  • 7:00-10:30 am: Breakfast served in the hotel restaurant.
  • 12:00 pm: Check-out at the Embassy Suites Lexington.
  • After check-out, receive your transfer back to Lexington Airport. Transportation back to the airport runs from 8:00 am-8:00 pm. 

Airport Information:

  • Lexington Bluegrass Airport (LEX): Located 6 miles/15 minutes from the hotel. Airport shuttle transportation is included with this package.
  • Louisville International Airport (SDF): Located 80 miles/90 minutes from the hotel. Airport shuttle transportation is NOT included with this package.

  • 1:15-1:45 pm: Pre-Race Concert
  • 2:00 pm: Driver Introductions

Monday February 16, 2026:

  • 6:30-9:30 am: Breakfast served at the hotel
  • 11:00 am: Check out at the Daytona Speedway Hotel

Airport Information:

  • Daytona Beach International Airport (DAB): Located 2.5 miles/10 minutes from the Daytona Speedway Hotel. 
    • Private transportation provided by local area shuttle company
  • Orlando International Airport (MCO): Located 70 miles/65 minutes from the Daytona Speedway Hotel. 
    • Transportation available for an additional cost.
