We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy, which ensures that we can effectively manage the logistics of your upcoming trip. Please note the following terms:

1. Non-Refundable Deposit: The initial $100 deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. This deposit secures your place on the trip and covers administrative costs.

2. Cancellation Deadlines and Refund Policy:

• Cancellations on or before January 1, 2025: You may cancel your booking on or before January 1, 2025, for a full refund of all payments made, excluding the non-refundable $100 deposit and any associated convenience fees.
• Cancellations after January 1, 2025, but before March 1, 2025: Cancellations made within this period will result in a 50% refund of the amount paid, minus the non-refundable $100 deposit.
• Cancellations on or after March 1, 2025: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on or after this date.
  No-Show Policy: Failure to arrive on the scheduled departure date, or voluntarily leaving the trip at any point, will result in a forfeiture of all payments and no refunds will be issued.

Final payment must be made by October 1, 2025.

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances for bookings where the remaining balance is not paid by this deadline.
