- Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.
- Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport.
- Name on invoice must match passport.
- Passengers are responsible for ensuring they have the proper travel documents. Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel.(They are not required to book this trip )
- You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely payments.
- Once you and your roommate(s) have submitted your reservation request you will be sent an email confirmation. If there have been price changes, you will be contacted by email before your card is processed.

Your booking is not considered paid in full until all parties in the room have paid in full.
Travel documents and itineraries will be emailed 30-days prior to departure. -
Late Payment Fees: A non-refundable late payment fee will automatically be added to your reservation if your monthly payment has not been received within days of the scheduled payment date.

Cancellation Policy:Once reservations have been made,cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Email your cancellation request to travel@travelwday.com with your invoice number, full name, and date of travel.
HOW TO BOOK:Select the room category of your choice based on the number of guests in your room. You and your roommate DO NOT have to submit your reservation form together. However if you have a roommate, you must list your roommate on your reservation form. In order for your price not to change, you and your roommate must submit your deposit by the deadline. If you submit your deposit and your roommate does not, you will be subject to the new rate .
