Travel Planning Fee Agreement

To facilitate the provision of premium professional services required for the design and arrangement of your travels, a non-refundable travel planning fee is essential. This fee underscores the commitment and expertise [Luxe Travel Goals] dedicates to planning your journey, drawing upon extensive personal experience and professional knowledge.

Service Overview:

Upon the travel planning fee's receipt, [Luxe Travel Goals] commits to thorough planning tailored to your specific needs. This process includes researching cruises, hotels, tours, activities, coordinating transportation, and creating detailed itineraries to ensure a travel plan that provides peace of mind, saves time, and meets your unique preferences.

Fee Structure:

• Total Travel Planning Fee: $50.00pp for a group up to 4. Groups large than 4 please inquire for a flat rate. 
• This fee encompasses detailed itinerary planning, continuous consultation, and management of your travel bookings, including monitoring for any changes and managing the reservation process effectively.
• The fee is valid for 30 days from the date of payment and includes up to two changes in destination. For new travel requests or beyond the 30-day period, a new fee will apply.
• The fee is not credited toward the cost of your trip and is retained by [Luxe Travel Goals] as compensation for the professional services rendered, irrespective of whether bookings are made through us or elsewhere.

Additional Services:

• After confirming travel arrangements, [Luxe Travel Goals] will provide detailed itinerary information, ensure all parties are checked in for flights, and communicate any travel changes via your preferred contact method (email or text).
• A 24-hour pre-departure reminder with travel documents will be sent as a courtesy.
• Should any inquiries or issues arise during your trip, [Luxe Travel Goals] will be available for assistance.

Acknowledgment:

• By signing this agreement, you acknowledge the travel planning fee structure by [Luxe Travel Goals] for yourself and included travelers.
• You understand this fee is apart from your trip's cost and consent to all associated cancellation policies, change fees, and penalties, noting that unused travel portions are non-refundable.
• You acknowledge that at this signing, the destination, cost, and travel date are undefined, and travel may occur at the traveler's discretion. This fee does not constitute a deposit for future travel.

By executing this agreement, you accept its terms, engaging [Luxe Travel Goals] to plan your vacation. You recognize the travel planning fee is non-refundable and agree that planning will commence only after the fee is paid. No quotes, proposals, or itineraries will be released until this agreement is executed and returned, with a new planning fee charged for any requests initiated after 30 days.
