Travel Agreement

Once the trip deposit is made, I will monitor your itinerary for any supplier-related changes, relay required information from the supplier to you and from you to the supplier, and generally monitor and manage the reservation process. When the final payment has been made, I will prepare your trip documentation for you, which will be sent to you three to four weeks prior to departure. While you are on your trip, I will be available for any questions or issues which might arise.

Note: Changes after the deposit is made may incur additional charges.

And please note that it's your responsibility to understand the requirements (or lack of requirements) and inconveniences or dangers of where you will be traveling. If you have any questions, please ask.

Kathie Snyders makes every effort to honor the package price quoted originally, however; under certain circumstances your price may be subject to increase prior to full payment, due to an increase in the cost for one of more of the travel components of your package.

Prices will not increase after making full payment, except for charges resulting from increases in government- imposed taxes, fuel or fees.

Responsibility: By acceptance of this reservation or other evidence of travel arrangements, the customer understands the Kathie Snyders acts only as agents for the supplier, hotel or other facility providing the transportation, accommodations or other travel services.

*Charges may be incurred for changes made to reservation and are the responsibility of the traveler.

Kathie Snyders shall not become liable for any personal injury, property damage, accident, delay, inconvenience, change in itinerary or accommodations or personal dissatisfaction with the travel arrangements provided.

By authorizing a credit card payment, you understand that the deposit may be non-refundable and that Kathie Snyders has a cancellation penalty of $200/person in addition to any penalties assessed by the travel supplier that will be charged to your credit card in the event that you cancel.
