We are Bakerworld Travels and are excited to help you with your travel. The following terms & conditions (the "Agreement") describe what you can expect from us. The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Bakerworld Travels and the term "you" refers to the individual who signs this agreement.
Payments. The monthly payment plan is required and non-negotiable. All payments must be authorized by the deadline outlined in your invoice at 11:59 pm CST. There are no payment deadline extensions and no exceptions to this rule. Guests can opt to paid monthly payments in advance or in smaller increments before the deadlines outlined. It is a $15 late fee.
Smoking Policy. All guests must follow smoking policy outlined on the company website.
Cancellations. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. All cancellations initiated by your host for reasons such as, included but limited to, failure to meet payment guidelines, and disorderly conduct, are not covered under purchased vacation protection and refunds will not be granted. Purchased vacation protection is not valid until the vacation has been paid in full. If the cancellation is not initiated by your host for the reasons previously stated, the guest has purchased vacation protection in full and the vacation protection is valid, then the guest will be refunded.
VIII. Unless otherwise explicitly stated in these terms and conditions, guests are required to follow all policies and guidelines.
