All deposits must be paid in full. 

Payment of deposit indicates that you have read and agree with the Terms & Conditions.

Reservations without payments for 2 consecutive months are subject to full cancellation due to nonpayment.

 No refunds will be provided per our Terms & Conditions.

Direct Invoice Information: 

All guests will receive an invoice via email to make their reservation payments.

All invoices are subject to a processing fee of 3.5% +.30, which will be added to the total amount of the trip, tour, or event.

This will be read as a convenience fee on your invoice. This fee is nonrefundable.

Travel Documents:

A valid passport is required Passport.

Must be VALID for at least 6 months AFTER the date of departure.

Proof of passport is required. You will receive an email for submission.

 It is the traveler's responsibility to obtain a valid passport. Failure to do so will result in the inability to travel outside the United States.

 No refunds will be issued.
