Flight Options (Whichever option is chosen it must be the same for each roommate):

Guests will have 3 options to choose when booking flights:

1- Flights can be added to each package at the initial time of deposit and payments can be made on the total package. The initial deposit amount will go up to approx. $379-399 per person.
2- Guests can choose to book their own flights separately at a later time and just give me flight info to add to package at a later time.
3- They can request my services to monitor and/or book flights at a later time to find cheaper flights and save a little money. The guest can choose this option for an additional fee of $10 per person. 

Travel Documents Required to Fly Internationally:

Upon arrival in Aruba, you must have:

• • • Your U.S. passport must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the date you plan to depart Aruba.
    • a completed Embarkation and Disembarkation Card (ED-Card).

    • Your passport must be valid for the entirety of your stay in Aruba.

       

Cancellation policy:

• You can cancel your vacation for any reason and receive a refund in the form of a future travel certificate. VPP must be added to your booking by final payment due date. Once purchased, your plan cost is non-refundable.

• Pre-Departure Waiver and the following non-insurance services are provided by Vacation Express and are not insurance benefits.

  Cancellations:
  You can cancel for any reason a minimum of 2 hours prior to original scheduled departure time as indicated in your travel documents or no later than 9AM ET the day of arrival for hotel-only bookings. When you purchase the VPP, all applicable cancellation charges [does not include change fees or reduced deposit plan fees] as per your Terms and Conditions contract will be refunded in the form of Vacation Express future travel certificates, known as a VPP Voucher, less the VPP plan cost as follows:

  Vacation Express exclusive non-stop flight packages and hotel only packages will receive a VPP voucher for the cost of the package, less the VPP plan cost. Scheduled-air packages will receive a VPP voucher for the cost of the hotel portion less the VPP plan cost along with the airline ticket numbers and be advised of the ticket cost.

• If you used the reduced deposit plan [RDP] for your booking you must have paid for your airline ticket, insurance and the cost of RDP in full in order to receive the airline ticket for future use. Travelers can use the cost of the airline ticket, less the airline change fee [up to $250 per ticket] to purchase a new ticket to:
