To be considered a part of Parris & Michelle's Wedding Group, you must book through this group room block and not through any other method (This includes booking directly with the hotel). We offer competitive group rates and have secured a room block to make this as easy as possible

What's included in this trip:

Cancellation policy:
There is a 3-night minimum for this room block. If you would like to arrive before Saturday, September 30th, or depart after Tuesday, October 3rd, select the extended dates you would like to stay below. I will confirm availability with the hotel and then make your reservation.
by reserving your room you acknowledge that 50% of the room total is due by April 25th and the final payment is due by July 25th 2023. Also, I understand that the resort reserves the right to cancel my reservation if payments are not made by theses dates. If you choose a payment plan on the next page, please note the payment schedule will be adjusted to meet the 50% requirement by April 25th.
This reservation is part of a room block for a specific event and can not be used for any other dates. The resort will not issue a voucher to be used at a later date.
If you cancel your reservation between April 25th and July 24th, 2023, you will be responsible for 50% of your room total plus the $100 per person cancellation fee. If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on their terms.
If you cancel your reservation on or after July 25th, 2023, you are responsible for 100% of your room total plus the $100 per person cancellation fee. If you have travel insurance you can file a claim to get a refund based on their terms.
This resort will not allow any changes, including name changes, to your reservation after Tuesday, September 12th, 2023.
Simply Classic Travels is not an agent of the Hotel and has no control over refund policies and other rules mandated by the Hotel.
