Terms and Conditions:

Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport. Your name on your invoice MUST match your passport.
Travel documents, itineraries, and travel instructions will be sent via email 30 days or earlier prior to travel. Provided that your full payment is received no later than your Final Payment Due date
ALL payments to AM World Tours LLC are non-refundable and non-transferable. AM World Tours LLC has contractual agreements with hotels and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This helps to keep the package prices low and allow you to make monthly payments on your trip.
You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments. Your roommate should make their reservation within 30 days of your reservation if booking separately.
Making reservations for this package signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.
2 PEOPLE MUST BOOK TOGETHER FOR DOUBLE OCCUPANCY OR YOU MUST BOOK SINGLE OCCUPANCY. YOU WILL BE CONVERTED TO DOUBLE OCCUPANCY WHEN ROOMMATE BOOK RESERVATION.
TRAVEL INSURANCE MUST BE PURCHASED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF YOUR DEPOSIT

Payment Plans:

When making your reservations, you can choose to pay in full, select a payment plan, or choose a monthly automatic payment plan. If you select the automatic payment plan, payments in the same amount will be debited from your account monthly. Please note that when opting out of automatic billing, you are still required to make a monthly payments to keep your reservation current.
Full Balances are due no later than October 15, 2025.
Late Payment of $50 per person is required after the Due Date. All late payment requests must be approved before the Due Date.
Reinstating a cancelled reservation requires a $100 reinstatement fee.
