Signature Motorcoach Experience

Travel roundtrip from Kansas City aboard a luxury motorcoach and leave the driving to us. This package also includes a visit to the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library & Museum and a shopping stop at Chicago Premium Outlets on the return journey.

Please Note: The Signature Motorcoach Experience requires a minimum number of 40 confirmed participants to operate. A final determination regarding motorcoach transportation will be made prior to departure. If the minimum participation requirement is not met, guests will be notified and offered the opportunity to transition to the Independent Arrival Package or receive a refund of the transportation portion of their package.

Independent Arrival Package

Prefer to travel on your own? Our Independent Arrival Package allows you to fly, drive, or take the train to Chicago while enjoying the same premium hotel accommodations, included experiences, and dedicated AOTG hosting throughout the weekend. This option offers greater flexibility and is ideal for travelers joining us from any location.

Day 1 | Kansas City → Springfield → Chicago + Skyline Dinner 

Depart Kansas City aboard a luxury motorcoach for Springfield, Illinois, where you'll visit the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library & Museum. Following your visit, continue to downtown Chicago, check in to the hotel, meet your fellow travelers and prepare for an unforgettable evening aboard a Chicago Dinner Cruise featuring dinner, entertainment, and spectacular skyline views.

Day 2 | Obama Presidential Center Experience

Following breakfast, visit the Obama Presidential Center for an inspiring cultural and educational experience celebrating leadership, community, and civic engagement. The remainder of the evening is yours to enjoy at your leisure.

Day 3 | Shopping & Return to Kansas City

After breakfast and hotel check-out, enjoy time to shop at Chicago Premium Outlets before departing for Kansas City with scheduled comfort stops along the way.

Booking, Cancellation & Participation Policy

All deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Due to advance contractual commitments with hotels, transportation providers, attractions, and other vendors, refunds cannot be issued for cancellations, missed departures, late arrivals, or unused portions of the itinerary.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your travel investment.

Signature Motorcoach Minimum Participation

The Signature Motorcoach Experience requires a minimum number of 40 confirmed participants to operate. If the minimum participation requirement is not met, Always On The Go Travel Planning & Concierge reserves the right to cancel the motorcoach portion of the trip. Guests will be notified in advance and offered the opportunity to transition to the Independent Arrival Package or receive a refund of the transportation portion of their reservation.

Additional Terms & Conditions

• Monthly payments must be made as scheduled to maintain an active reservation.

• Final payment is due by September 25, 2026.

• Travelers are responsible for meeting all travel requirements and arriving at the appropriate departure or arrival location on time.

• Always On The Go Travel Planning & Concierge reserves the right to make minor itinerary modifications, substitute comparable accommodations or activities, and adjust schedules when necessary due to operational, weather, or vendor-related circumstances.
