• Day 2: Perfect Day at Coco Cay 7:00am - 5:00pm

📍 Deposit and Payment Schedule

A $50 per person NON REFUNDABLE deposit is required at the time of booking. The system will generate a payment schedule based on when your deposit is made. Payments are due monthly. The payment schedule (due dates) will be determined once deposit has been made. An email reminder will be sent each month reminding the traveler of the upcoming payment. Monthly payment amount will depend on cabin category, and the timeframe of when deposit is made. The sooner the deposit is made, the lower your monthly payments will be. ***Pricing and availability are subject to change until a deposit is made. Final payment is due November 15, 2025. There is no flexibility with the final payment due date.

📍 Cancellation/Missed Payments

Payments are due each month by the date indicated in the payment terms. Payments over 30 days will incur a $25 late fee. 60 days of nonpayment will result in booking being cancelled and assessed a $50 cancellation fee. The booking will not be cancelled until the $50 cancellation fee has been paid. Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE.

📍Double Occupancy Rate

Please note that all pricing is based on double occupancy. Single occupancy rates are available for solo travelers upon request. Roommate matching is not offered. It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure that you have a roommate before booking. If roommates are booking on their own, deposits will not be made until travelers sharing a room have both made their deposit. It is the responsibility of the traveler to communicate with their roommate when making their own deposit. Triple and quadruple occupancy is not available.

📍Passports, passport cards, birth certificate, and/or valid identification are recommended for cruises. Please be sure to check the expiration date on your passport to ensure that it is still valid. Keep in mind the six month passport rule: Most countries will not permit a traveler to enter their country unless the passport is set to expire at least six months after the final day of travel. That means if your passport has less than six months remaining until the expiration date, you should renew it right away!!

📌 I need to get a payment extension on a monthly payment. Is this an option?

We understand that life happens. You may be granted one payment extension during the life of the payment cycle. As soon as you experience a hardship, please be sure to email info@pinkskygetaway.com to communicate any difficulties you may be experiencing.

📌 Is travel insurance required?

While travel insurance is not mandatory, we HIGHLY recommend it for your peace of mind. Travelers have the option to select the insurance offered by the cruise line or obtain insurance offered by Travel Insured. Click here to review coverage options with Travel Insured. 📌 Will there be free time for personal exploration during the trip?

Yes, our itinerary includes free time for personal exploration and relaxation.

📌 Are tips/gratuities included?

Gratuities are not included in the booking; however, they can be added. 

📌 How much spending money should I bring?

The amount of spending money you'll need depends on personal preferences and shopping habits. We recommend budgeting for souvenirs, specialty restaurants are  not included in the package, and any additional activities you wish to partake in.

📌 Can I request special accommodations (dietary restrictions, mobility assistance, etc.)?

Absolutely! We strive to accommodate all special requests. Please inform us of any specific requirements prior to booking your trip to ensure that the property is able to accommodate your requests.

📌 Can I book my vacation on my own and join in on your group activities? 
No, you cannot join the Pink Sky Getaway activities if you book the vacation on your own. 

📌 When should I arrive for cruise departure? Travelers are HIGHLY encouraged to arrive in Miami the day prior to cruise departure to ensure timely arrival to the cruise port.

Booking Instructions

📍 If you are paying for yourself only, select 1 for the number of travelers. Please be sure that you include the name and email address of your roommate on your form.

📍If you are paying for yourself and your roommate, select 2 for the number of travelers. You will be prompted to complete your registration form and then your roommate’s registration form. You will not be able to complete the booking without completing both registration forms. Please have your roommate’s address, phone number, email address, passport number, passport issued date, and passport expiration date. 

📍 If roommates are booking and paying on their own, deposits should be paid on the same day. Booking will not be created until deposits from both parties are received. Please note that pricing is not guaranteed and is subject to change until deposits are made. Be sure that you are communicating with your roommate.
