Itinerary:
- Wedding Day - Friday, April 4th, 2025
Due Dates:
- November 23rd, 2024 is the deadline to pay the $100 deposit to reserve your room at Unico 2087.
- December 7th, 2024 is the due date of 60% of your room total.
- January 8th, 2025 is the due date for your remaining room balance.

To be included in Kaitlyn and Parker’s Wedding Activities, please only book through this group room block and not through any other method (even directly with the hotel). We offer low contracted group rates that have been secured by Kaitlyn and Parker with a deposit already paid on your room. If you book outside of this group Unico 20°87° will charge $192 per person per wedding event to your room.
Cancellation policy:

If you cancel your reservation before December 7th, 2024 you are only responsible for the non-refundable $100 per room booking fee, already paid as the deposit when you reserved your room. However, you can reduce the number of nights in your reservation up to this date without a fee (maintaining the 3 night minimum).

You may reduce the number of nights in your reservation between December 7th, 2024 and January 8th, 2025, by 20% while maintaining the 3 night minimum. Any room nights released above the 20% allowed will be charged 50% of the room revenue cancelled.

If you cancel your reservation, no-show, or reduce the number of nights or travelers in your reservation after January 8th, 2025, you are responsible for 100% of your room total.

If you have travel insurance you can file a claim for a refund based on your insurance providers terms.
Unico 20°87° will not provide a credit or voucher for future travel if you arrive after your scheduled arrival date, if you check out early, or do not travel on the dates selected for this reservation for any reason.
Bohemia Wedding Travel is not an agent of Unico 20°87° and has no governance of refund policies and other rules mandated by Unico 20°87°.
