Travel insurance can protect you in the event of Trip Cancellation, Trip Delay, Trip Interruption, Missed Connection, Baggage Loss, Theft or Damage, Baggage Delay, Emergency Medical and Dental Expenses, and Emergency Medical Transportation, among other unforeseen circumstances. Please also note that in order for you to obtain coverage for certain pre-existing conditions, or for supplier default, your policy must be purchased at the time of booking or shortly thereafter (depending on the terms of the policy)."/>&#13;

Please note that custom planning services for any pre or post-cruise travel, outside of our pre-packed options, will incur a planning fee. &amp;nbsp; All cancellation &amp;amp; change fees and Terms &amp;amp; Conditions still apply. Your cruise reservation must be booked through your LV Travel Co Travel Designer in order to receive our planning services."/>&#13;

		<field type="paragraph" subtype="p" label="The Travel Design Fee covers one (1) set of plans for the dates specified at the time of submitting this form. Date or destination changes that require re-planning may result in a new fee. This fee is separate from the cost of your trip and is non-refundable. Because vacation pricing is always subject to change and availability, we recommend waiting to move forward with the planning process until you&#39;re ready to make your trip deposit. Should you move forward with paying the Travel Design Fee now, once a trip proposal is sent by your Travel Designer, you will have 30 days to book your vacation package (during this time pricing and availability may change). After 30 days have passed, a new Travel Design Fee may be required to re-quote your vacation package."/>&#13;

Change Fees: Any modifications to your reservation after the deposit has been paid will incur a non-refundable change fee of $50 per passenger.&amp;nbsp;"/>&#13;
