We are Fantasy Fly Travel and are excited to help you with your travel. The following terms & conditions (the "Agreement") describe what you can expect from us. The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Fantasy Fly and the term "you" refers to the individual who signs this agreement.
By booking travel services with Fantasy Fly Travel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Role of Fantasy Fly Travel
Fantasy Fly Travel acts solely as a travel advisor and booking agent for third-party suppliers including airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, and transportation providers. Fantasy Fly Travel does not own or operate these suppliers and is not responsible for their acts, errors, delays, cancellations, or changes.
All reservations are subject to the terms and conditions of the individual suppliers.
2. Booking & Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation.
Your booking is not confirmed until the required deposit has been received and processed.
Full payment must be made by the deadline listed on your invoice or itinerary. Failure to submit payment by the due date without prior notification, may result in automatic cancellation of your reservation.
3. Payments
Fantasy Fly Travel accepts major credit cards.
By submitting payment, you authorize Fantasy Fly Travel and its suppliers to charge your selected payment method for travel services and applicable fees.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
All deposits and payments are non-refundable. We urge you to purchase travel insurance if you're unsure of your travel plans.
5. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers. Insurance can protect against unforeseen events including:

Fantasy Fly Travel is not responsible for financial losses if travel insurance is declined.
6. Changes to Itinerary
Fantasy Fly Travel reserves the right to charge an administrative fee for itinerary modifications.
*All excursions and activities are subject to availability and local conditions such as weather or local operational considerations. In the event of a change, any modifications will be replaced with comparable experiences of equal value and within the same category. All modified excursions and activities will be thoughtfully substituted and will align with the original intent and overall quality of the itinerary

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documentation including:

Fantasy Fly Travel is not responsible for denied boarding or entry due to improper documentation.

Fantasy Fly Travel shall not be liable for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity caused by any supplier or by circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to:
