Hotel Service Charges:

During your cruise you will meet staff throughout the ship who provide you with excellent service. They are supported by just as many staff and crew who work hard behind the scenes to ensure you enjoy every moment onboard.

 

For your convenience, MSC Cruises will automatically add a daily Hotel Service Charge of $16 per person per night to your shipboard account, based on your chosen itinerary and the number of days for which the services are actually provided.

 

The Hotel Service charge serves to ensure we maintain the highest quality standards of service to our guests. The daily amounts below have been calculated with this in mind and cannot be modified. However, should you wish to remove any of the daily Hotel Service Charge in the unlikely event that you do not receive satisfactory service, you may do so by contacting the Guest Relations Manager onboard. If you wish, the daily Service Charge for your cruise can be added to the price of your cruise at the time of booking, rather than added to your onboard account during the cruise. Please let your booking agent know if you would like to add the Service Charge to your cruise price.

 

TIPS: MSC does not recommend tipping individual members of staff.

Name Changes:

A onetime name change fee of $75 will apply for any names that this is made between 89-1 day(s) prior to sailing. Please note only one name change will be allowed per cabin.   Two name changes within that same cabin will result in applicable cancellation penalties. Two names changes in the same cabin is considered a cancellation. Terms and penalties would apply. Above charges do not include cancellation or change fees which may be applied by air carriers, hotel and /or land service suppliers, which will be assessed in accordance with such suppliers policies.   In additional a $50 administration fee will be charged after cruise documents have been issued. MSC’s sole liability shall be to refund amounts received less amounts due to MSC pursuant to its refund and cancellation policy.

 

Passport and Visa Requirements: Caribbean Sailings: U.S. Citizens - Are required to have a valid passport issued by the U.S. Government, a passport card, a valid trusted traveler program card (FAST, NEXUS, or SENTRI), an enhanced driver’s license (EDL), an original or certified birth certificate and government-issued photo ID, a Military ID with official travel orders, or a U.S. Merchant Mariner Document. Children under the age of 16 must have a passport, a passport card and/or a certified birth certificate.
