Here’s a snapshot of your Colombian adventure:

• Medellín – Discover Plaza Botero, Comuna 13’s famous street art, taste local flavors on a street food tour, bike through the city, and take a colorful day trip to Guatapé.
• Cartagena – Explore the walled city, the Clock Tower, lively plazas, and island-hop the Rosario Islands on a private boat.
• Culture & Flavor – Learn to cook Colombian dishes, dance salsa in Getsemaní, and party on an optional Chiva bus!
• Rosario Islands – Sail away to pristine beaches, swim, snorkel, relax, and enjoy fresh seafood before saying goodbye with one last beachfront dinner.

 This trip has the perfect balance of sightseeing, cultural immersion, and laid-back island vibes — all while traveling with a fun, like-minded tribe.

Accommandation

Rooms are shared on a double occupancy basis. If you would like to share a room with a friend or family member, please let me know.

Flight/Airport Information:

• Your arrival at Jose Maria Cordova International  Airport, Medellin (Airport Code: MDE)
• Departure flight will be from Rafael Nunez International Airport (Airport Code: CTG).
• Please try to arrive before 4 pm, so you have time to relax before the Welcome Dinner.
• Please note that if you are flying from the United States, you may need to book your flight at least one day before June 18, 2026, as travel time to Colombia can take up to 6-10 hours with layovers, depending on your departure location.

 

Airport Transportation:

• You will be greeted at the airport upon arrival, and group transfers will be arranged to accommodate everyone’s arrival times.
• If arrival times are within 30 minutes to 1 hour from another traveler(s), please be prepared to wait; this will save on multiple trips and get everyone to the hotel simultaneously.

The same coordination will be arranged for departure home as well.

Day 1 – June 18: Welcome to Medellín

Touch down in the lively “City of Eternal Spring,”

where the mountains hug the skyline and the energy is contagious.

After a smooth transfer to your hotel, take time to settle in before you

Join your fellow travelers for a warm welcome dinner.

It’s the perfect chance to toast to the start of your adventure and connect with your new tribe.

Day 2 – June 19: Medellín’s Heartbeat

Step into the pulse of Medellín with a guided exploration

of its cultural and historical treasures.

Wander through the Carabobo District, take in the larger-than-life sculptures

at Plaza Botero, and reflect on the moving Casa de la Memoria museum.

In the afternoon, you’ll head to Comuna 13,

a once-troubled neighborhood now reborn through vibrant street art, music, and resilience.

Day 3 – June 20: Flavors & Fun

Today is all about taste and discovery.

Kick things off with a street food tour where you’ll sample Colombian favorites,

from arepas to exotic fruits. Then hop on a bike and pedal through the city to see

Medellín from a new perspective. 

The afternoon is yours to relax — sip coffee at a café,

explore a local market, or recharge at the hotel.

Day 4 – June 21: Guatapé Adventure

Free day to escape the city for a colorful day in Guatapé,

known for its rainbow-painted houses and lakeside charm.

Climb the famous El Peñol Rock, where 740 steps reward

You will be treated to breathtaking views of the surrounding islands and turquoise waters.

After exploring the town’s picturesque streets, return to Medellín for a calm evening. 

(3-hour drive to Guatape & No tour Guide this day)

Day 5 – June 22: Hola Cartagena!

Fly to the Caribbean coast and step into the magic of Cartagena,

a city that feels like a living postcard. Stroll under the iconic Clock Tower,

wander cobblestone streets lined with bougainvillea,

and soak in the romantic charm of the walled city. ✈️

Day 6 – June 23: Rosario Islands Escape

Sail away on a private boat to the stunning Rosario Islands.

Spend the day island-hopping, snorkeling, and swimming in turquoise water,

or just lounging on white-sand beaches.

Back on shore, the evening is yours —

and if you’re up for it, hop on a lively party bus (Chiva rumbera)

 for music, dancing, and Colombian nightlife!

Day 7 – June 24: Flavor & Rhythm

Start your day exploring Getsemaní, Cartagena’s colorful

A bohemian neighborhood filled with murals and history. 

Then, roll up your sleeves for a Colombian cooking class,

where you’ll learn to make traditional dishes.

As the sun sets, it’s time to move your hips in a fun

salsa class and nightlife tour, soaking up the rhythms that make Colombia famous.

Day 8 – June 25: Relax/Beach Day & Farewell - Cartagena

That evening,  gather with your tribe for a heartfelt farewell dinner,

celebrating the friendships and memories made along the way.

Day 9 – June 26: Adiós Colombia

After breakfast, we'll transfer you to the Cartagena airport

your flight home. You'll leave with a heart full, a camera roll

of memories, and a new tribe of travel friends.
