INSURANCE:
It is strongly recommended that clients purchase cancellation insurance to protect themselves against cancellation
due to illness prior to or during travel. In the event a traveller becoming ill during a tour and has not purchased
insurance, all hospital and medical expenses are the traveller's responsibility. Based on Goway Travel’s current
cancellation policies the passenger may incur up to 100% cancellation penalties and should protect themselves with
cancellation insurance.
Insurance MUST be purchased within 7 days of individual client deposits or payments being made and
only covers non-refundable client money held by Goway Travel. If the group cancels prior to final payment
and supplier fees being applicable, due to the required minimum numbers not being reached, the premium is
refundable providing no claim has been made. In all other cases the premium is non-refundable.
Rates: All rates are subject to reconfirmation at the time of the policy being purchased. We will be
happy to quote current rates, however these are not guaranteed until the policy is purchased.
