We’re curating a weekend filled with wellness and recovery experiences, incredible food and signature drinks, day parties and nightlife, meaningful connections, content-worthy moments, beautiful accommodations, and plenty of opportunities to simply enjoy yourself.

YOUR $50 DEPOSIT = EARLY ACCESS

Your $50 per-person deposit secures your place on our Early Access list and will be applied directly toward the balance of your reservation.

As an Early Access guest, you’ll receive:

• Early-bird package pricing

• First access to available room and accommodation options

• Early notification when official booking opens

• Access to eligible luxury accommodation upgrades before general booking

• Priority trip announcements and important booking information

Hotel and resort accommodations will be announced soon.

Once accommodations and official packages are released, Early Access guests will be notified before booking opens to the general public, giving you first dibs on the available room options.

Please note that Early Access does not guarantee a particular room, suite, view, occupancy type, or upgrade. Room selections will be based on availability when booking opens.

For now, there’s nothing else you need to do.

We recommend booking promptly once room selections are released, as certain room categories and upgrades may have limited availability.

$50 DEPOSIT • EARLY ACCESS TERMS

The $50 per-person deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable and will be applied toward the guest’s total retreat package balance for The Reset: Jamaica, June 18–21, 2027.

Submitting the deposit provides access to early-bird pricing, eligible luxury upgrade opportunities, and early access to available resort room/accommodation inventory before general booking opens.

Early Access does not guarantee a specific room category, suite, upgrade, view, occupancy type, or accommodation. All accommodations and upgrades are subject to availability at the time of selection and confirmation. Additional costs may apply for upgraded accommodations.

The $50 deposit does not constitute payment in full or guarantee the complete retreat package until all required booking terms, payment schedules, and applicable deadlines have been satisfied.

CANCELLATION POLICY

The $50 Early Access deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

If a guest chooses not to continue with the reservation after official packages are released, the $50 deposit will be forfeited.

Once a guest selects a package and completes the official booking process, the cancellation policy, payment schedule, refund eligibility, and applicable deadlines provided with the final booking agreement will govern all additional payments.

Failure to complete the booking process or make subsequent payments by the stated deadlines may result in cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of the deposit and/or other amounts designated as non-refundable under the final booking terms.

Complete package pricing, accommodations, payment schedules, cancellation deadlines, and additional travel policies will be provided with the official booking information.

IMPORTANT TRAVEL INFORMATION

Pricing, accommodations, activities, transportation, schedules, and other retreat components are subject to availability and may change prior to final confirmation. Any material changes will be communicated to registered guests as applicable.

Crush Experiences acts as a travel advisor/organizer and may coordinate services provided by independent third-party suppliers, including resorts, transportation providers, excursion operators, airlines, restaurants, and activity providers. Crush Experiences is not responsible for acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, schedule changes, service interruptions, weather events, governmental actions, or other circumstances caused by third-party suppliers or events outside of its reasonable control.

Guests are responsible for ensuring they meet all applicable travel requirements, including valid passports, entry requirements, and any other documentation required for travel to Jamaica.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

By submitting the $50 deposit, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Early Access Deposit Terms.

Crush Experiences reserves the right to update retreat details when reasonably necessary due to availability, supplier requirements, safety considerations, or circumstances beyond its control.
