Bookings Are Final
All deposits and payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please double-check your plans before securing your spot.
Payment Options
- Pay in Full: Take care of everything upfront, and you’re done!
- Monthly Plan: Prefer to pay overtime? Monthly payment schedules are outlined on the last page and will be invoiced seven (7) days before each due date. You can also opt for automatic payments.
Late Payments
- If two consecutive payments (60 days) are missed, your trip may be canceled in line with these Terms & Conditions. You may have the ability to reinstate the reservation with an applicable fee. If a payment has not been made by the final due date, the trip will be canceled.
Travel Insurance
We strongly encourage travel insurance to protect your investment and your peace of mind. We recommend Allianz Travel Insurance — Complete the Travel Insurance Request Form.
