The Travel Curio and is excited to help you with your travel. The following terms & conditions (the "Agreement") describe what you can expect from us. The terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to The Travel Curio and the term "you" refers to the individual/group who signs this agreement.
We're excited you're embarking on this journey to Ghana! Before you book your trip, ensure you have read the Full Terms and Conditions.
DEPOSIT: A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit, per person per Tour is due to the Travel Curio on behalf of The Experience Ghana 2026 tour. If the booking is made 60 days or less prior to departure, full payment is due at the time of booking. Booking are final.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
- Pay in Full: Take care of everything upfront, and you’re done!
- Monthly Plan: Prefer to pay overtime? Monthly payment schedules are outlined on the last page and will be invoiced seven (7) days before each due date. You can also opt for automatic payments.
LATE PAYMENTS: If two consecutive payments (60 days) are missed, your trip may be canceled in line with these Terms & Conditions. You may have the ability to reinstate the reservation with an applicable fee. If a payment has not been made by the final due date, the trip will be canceled. Life happens – if for any reason you are unable to make the payment, please email us at info@thetravelcurio.com to discuss options. All late payment requests must be approved by management.
TRAVEL INSURANCE: We strongly encourage travel insurance to protect your investment and your peace of mind. We recommend Allianz Travel Insurance — Complete the Travel Insurance Request Form.
PASSPORTS AND VISAS: A passport is required for this tour. Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required. Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. Travelers are responsible for providing their name as it appears on their passport (or other government issued ID when traveling in the US only), date of birth, and gender. Any change in name will result in an administrative fee plus supplier(s) fees.
CHILDREN: The age limit for this trip is 14. Each child under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Please note the price per person remains stagnant given this a customized tour. Contact info@thetravelcurio.com for more information. Additional conditions apply per country requirements.
PHOTOGRAPHIC RELEASE: The Travel Curio may take photographs or video of its trips and trip participants grant The Travel Curio permission to do so and for it to use same for promotional or commercial use without payment of any compensation to participant.
GROUP HARMONY: The Travel Curio and the tour supplier, reserves the right to accept, reject or expel any individual who is deemed disruptive or incompatible with the interests of the group, including, but not limited to, individuals who are intoxicated and/or under the influence of drugs leading to a negative experience for the remainder of the group. Expenses, including cancellation fees and/or costs for alternate travel plans or to return home, will necessarily be borne by the passenger. All unused services are non-refundable.
